    I dont have find an direct Support Thread so i post it here:)

     

    Yesterday i had won 800€ with the second Bonus and has Withdraw it..

     

    Today in the morning shocked!!!400€ left and 400€ DELETE because this Casino have MAX winning with DEPOSIT BONUSES!!!

     

    Support means read the Rules but i dont know 1 Casino with capped deposit winnings..

    Now to my Problem;)They have cancel my Withdraw and dont send the 400€ i have to wait again.

     

    They say my Withdraw will be send soon

    I hope it will be transfer it today and not in 454 Days

    I used the LCb bonus code SCARY20LCB and won €50. I requested a withdrawal, but it was rejected. Support notified me that it was canceled because I used the bonus in a restricted country. I am in Argentina, and LCB shows that my country is eligible for the bonus.

    Thank you for your response. I have reviewed your Terms & Conditions carefully, and I would like to clarify that the bonus I received was described as no wager, meaning that the €3 maximum bet rule should not apply to it.

    Additionally, your support team confirmed to me that the bonus had no such restrictions, which is why I played normally.

    I kindly ask you to review my case again or consider a goodwill compensation, as the misunderstanding was caused by inaccurate information provided by your support team, not by any intentional misuse on my part.
