  • Regarding the case of Speed1975,

    His winnings of 356EUR won on November 27th at 09:10 has been concluded as legit after further technical investigation.

    Unfortunately, on that specific date we had a server updates which has caused a glitch in the time update. This caused the time of his bonus to be displayed as completed at 10:19UTC Time while his sessions were displayed in GMT+2 time zone.

    Due this we had concluded that the players bets were done before the bonus was completed. It was this time difference that prevented us from not spotting the correct time of wagering.

    We apologize for the troubles, The winnings of the players will be credited back to his account!

  • Now I've finally been credited the account this whole thing was a disaster. Let's see if I actually get the funds and how long the withdrawal takes. In the meantime I truly thank lcb and just for now leave that no player should ever have to go through this ever

  • No support, they just keep telling me technical will look into my issue. Tried everything that i myself can do on my part. With no luck. Now im just beeing ignored by support. And its about almost 10 days since i reported my issue. It`s really frustrating. I have money stuck in my account, cause apparently i must wager my own money? Meaning there is no bonus or anything. SO i feel that it`s abit like stealing. Somehow i was able to limit my loss to 1000 nok sort of accidental. It was supposed to be 10 000 nok a month instead. And i can`t change it, cause the limit section does not work. Nothing shows, only deposit limit shows up. And i tried several browsers, updated java and flash player. Everything it says. And it`s just not working, tried on phone and computer. Please fix this and remedy my expirience with this casino. Because it`s becoming a bad one indeed. I also provided screenshots several times. And it`s like they have no register of what i`m writing to support, cause every agent always asks me for the same things..

  • Well what a surprise, another deceitful casino that lies to its loyal customers and tries to screw them at every opportunity. I have been a VIP member here for quite some time. At the start of the month I had some good fortune and was able to request my first withdraws. That was where my happiness stopped. I requested withdraws to the sums of 4700, 1000, and 4000 $. After a period of approximately a week, the 1000 (albeit a bit less) had appeared in my bank account, despite this not being withdrew first out of the 3 withdraws. Then after waiting a lot longer than the time they say, I decided to question the other two larger withdraws. First I was told that they had been processed. I waited further. After a week I had been asking them on a daily basis almost where is the money? Because I have budgeted for it and owe money for bills etc. Then I was told that there was no withdraws. Clearly a lie, as I have photographic proof. Then after they said that they existed, they told me that they couldn't pay into my account (even though they already paid me once into that same account) and then I was told again they had been processed. This was at the start of the month, and as my email says, apparently they were processed on the 5th and on the 9th of September, and it takes 5-7 working days. Here I am on Saturday the 19th of September and not only do I not have a cent from my two withdraws of $4700 and $4000, but they owe me another one for $5000 on top of those. I am now worried sick and stressing every day as I get fed the same lies over and over. So if you're actually looking to be paid any winnings, I can not recommend this casino at all at the moment, in fact they have caused me great financial hardships with their lies and deceitful behaviour.     Firstly, thank you for your feedback.

    With regards to your questions about your withdrawals. We are currently experiencing some issues with certain banks and are working to resolve it.

    In the meantime, I see that other that the 1000 that went thorough, there is also the 4,700 that was processed on the 05/09/2020.

    Furthermore, the remaining 4000 bounced back when it was initially send the that was re-processed yesterday.

  • Yes you say it was processed on the 5th, but it's now the 21st and I still have not received either of the 4000 or the 4700. And why was the 1000 processed first when it wasn't requested first?

  • Several weeks later and I'm in severe financial difficulty because I had included that money in my budget. I shouldn't have relied on an efficient transaction from your casino.
