  • I registered at this casino and received a 10 euro no deposit bonus. Started the game and did not see where to watch the wagering progress. When my balance became more than 100 euros, I ordered a payment 100 euro. A little time has passed and the withdrawal of funds is canceled! But 100 euros have not been refunded to my account! Return the money to my balance and I will continue the game! Screenshots of the account provided to the administration LCB.

  • I think i have same kind of issue than firrlost. Balance shows all withdrawable but for some reason its not. And there is no wagering calculator on their pages for bonuses. There might be some bug in their systems. Im waiting Marinas answer how to proceed...i have my cashout on process atm

  • Have you heard from the casino rep? The casino rep was looking at your cases when we sent them the complaints but Marina should also post her reply here on the forum. We'll check on it tomorrow. 

  • My issue is still unresolved. She answered just shortly: "Unfortunately you did not meet the driving/ running conditions". Nothing else.

    Im not sure what that "driving/running" means...never heard such things. My balance showed all "withdrawable" before i made my cashout so im not sure if that means wagering. Ive asked Marina whats going on but havent heard from her after this first answer.

    My money is stuck somewhere on Nordiscasino possession. Havent got it to my skrill and it also isnt on my balance.

    Hope this will be sorted somehow tomorrow...

  • Thanks for the heads up, punakontti. Hmm, it might be that your driving license hasn't been verified yet. We'll reach them in the morning and ask them about the progress of your verification and withdrawal. Hope it will be sorted soon.

    What is status of my complaint/ issue? I see that you are online so can you resolve it? 

    Seems that its impossible to reach anybody from your support by email. Ive been trying now for a week but no one answers anything...

    What on earth does that mean? She is not answering to my issue at all. Im more and more confused about these answers and this casino every day. I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHERE MY MONEY IS.  So please Marina where is my money? Are you going to process my cashout or whats going on there? Answer that and only that please asap.

    And if needed I have all screenshots about my missing cashout etc here

    We chatted with the casino rep and they advised us that you didn't finish the wagering requirements therefore you were unable to make a withdrawal. They are implementing it in their system so players can see how much they have to wager. Hope it will be done soon since it is confusing when you can't see how much you've wagered. 

  • Ok. Can you also ask them how much i have wagering left and provide me that information? Because on my account shows all my money "withdrawable" and no bonusmoney at all. 

    Seems that its impossible to get that information from them because they don't answer any emails...or Marina can you give me this information?

    Other than this situation is ok for me. Now i got my funds back to my account so i can continue wagering.

  • 20.09 ive done my withdrawal on 999 euro, i stil havent recieved them. From that time i was writing to your support 2-3 times per week, and got 2 replies in 2 monthes. First one was about becaming a vip and extra verification. 2nd one was about documents i need to send for it. I sent all the documents month ago. But after that time i havent recieved any replies on mail, neither the money on my skrill. 30.10 ive done another withdrawal of rest of my money. Hoping to resolve this problem asap, and to recieve both of my payments in close time. My userid is 264147, and login is zendini

    That was my message to Marina. After that she replied me the same message  which she sent before, to describe  the case and indicate my info. Idk if it was machinally or  what, but i got 2 same responses from her.

    But Marina ( you are now online) I now wagered over 2000€ since you last time canceled my cashout. AND my balance shows now all withdrawable. No bonuses at all! So can you now process my cashout asap, please ?

  • Same here. after i first wrote to Marina, she replied that day. After my message on monday, still no response, so casino basically  helds 1650 eur of my money for near 2 monthes

    Just little tip for Marina: your support should really answer faster for players issues. It would make your casino much more reliable

  • This site is straight garbage it lets you win from the ten bonus sign up l deposit 25$ and won a jackpot of 2000.00 omg wow awesome accept nope the skrill withdraw was stopped by the company and the worst part is dealing with customer service l am told it will be in one day then given the opposite answer weeks later and back an fourth l won on the 18 of November am here we are weeks later and given the run around l have screenshots of the jackpot an the money transfer but when sending it to customer service they always write something completely odd and misleading last one was saying l didn't meet the conditions of driving are they drunk at work or what please don't give your money to them ..StrongboyRo
