Hi Dmitry i just wanted to share my experince with your the last 5 months , my overall experince is positive and still regard you guys  very highly, guys are quick at processing my withdrawals in under 24hrs on week days and kyc was was not tedois and done quickly but one thing has left a bitter taste in mouth and im aware its stated in your terms that you dont offer Netent pronotions or bonuses but my first deposit instanyly got credited into the microgaming casino which i am restricted from playing whilst in South  africa and every time i log in i am remunded of that distant bonus that i have not even begun to wager as your bonus works veru differnyly  to the other bonuses im used to in that you can keeo depositing  into it over a very lenght time period but eventually you will be rewarded with the bonus funds as real cash  8'|
Now i have wagered about 65x my original deposit over a few months of very unluckily  sessions in the netent section so i thought i would ask support to examine my play and wagers along with the loyalty i have and was hoping that he could see that no offers are available to me not even the odd free spin when a new netent slot is rekessed and if he possibly credit me the 5€ bonus that is stuck in the microgaming section which in my view this is a fair and logical request and one i know with absolutel certainty that the casinos i play at frequently would not bat an eylid at but what this has showed me is that you guys view plsyers as mere numbers and dollar bills and care  very little  for developing personal  relations with and clearly  no one there is a player or ever played its 5€ and no big deal but its what the messily  5€ echoed so loudly  that if anything  was learnt from this is that its best to play and remain loyal to the casinos that are in my experience  hospitality specialts who go out of thier way to make the guest comfortable rather than one who serves you sour milk with your cerial and expects  the guest come back smiling and expectng  more  with a smile on his face
