I received an email from Orbitspins with a promo that stated make a deposit and get 3 $15 chips for each day after. I made a deposit and waited until the next day and still nothing. The promo code PLAY15 didn't work and said contact customer service and I did. They would give me a generic automated response and were extremely rude and unhelpful, I had to talk to 6 agents before one finally gave me the email to Orbitspins management. I showed management the emails and explained to them that I never got my bonus, showed them the email and still all I got were generic answers stating I couldn't get it... I want my three $15 chips.

So I made a deposit after receiving the email with this promotion and never got it and customer service tells me I'm not eligible for anything is very rude and just closed chat on me. I see that somebody else here in the complaints forum had the same exact issue as me with the same exact bonus and you guys credited them $45. I also would like the $45 that was promised me in the email that was sent to me, this casino has a bad habit already of sending out promotions and after you make the deposit they don't honor the promo and customer service just gives you the same automated response over and over again before closing the chat on you. If you need screenshots of the email or anything else just let me know but I know for a fact that I made the deposit as soon as those emails were sent. Here is the conversation with support, they try everything in their imagination to explain why I can't get the 3 $15 chips and every time I debunk whatever crackpot reason they come up with as to why I'm not eligible for it. They claim that it's for new players only but check this out Sassy Wilson is my homegirl that told me about Orbitspins to begin with and she's been playing and depositing longer then i have and they credited her with $45 saying it was an error with the platform she was using!!? Whatever that means, you guys need to either stop offering promos altogether if you are unwilling to honor them, but what would be even better is just to give the player whatever was promised in the email advertisement you sent them! I don't see why I gotta argue with customer service for weeks trying to get what I'm entitled to, this bonus isn't free btw! I had to make a deposit which I did in order to claim it so I did pay for something I did not receive! Using false advertising to get players to deposit is a terrible idea π‘π€―, casinos are based on trust and you guys are showing that you can't be trusted by not honoring promos that you are emailing to your players! The email promos btw don't have any rules, expiration date, or any other written instructions on then other then "make a deposit today!" I check the promo code on several sites and it's listed as being active until the end of March... That's not true about that promo only being for new players! Sassy is the one who told me about that casino and has been playing there longer then me, on top of that it wouldn't make sense of it was for new players since they email you the promotion after you already make your first deposit and withdrawal!

Thank you for helping me get the $45 worth of chips owed to me, I wanna comment on Wesleys case since it's identical to mine. I was the one who refered him to Orbitspins casino and I have been playing there much longer then him and I'm sure I've had many more deposits so then saying that the bonus is for new players who haven't made a deposit is a non factual nonsense lie. If I was given the $45 the. Wesley should receive it as well. I don't understand why this casino sends out email promos and doesn't wanna honor them. This casino needs to quit lieing so damn much and just honor the promotion! If the promo is too generous then don't offer it again. You must honor the promo though. More screenshots of ongoing emails with management. I asked Sassy to confirm what date she made her deposit and it was the same day I made mine! Wow these guys are wtf lmao ridiculous!! Not one time did they ever request for me to reply to them with the email that they sent! Now they are claiming that the email was manufactured?!? You got to be kidding me π€―π΅βπ«π³ these guys need to be blacklisted for reals! I submitted numerous amounts of proof including chats with customer service about said bonus the same day I made deposit, they have literally said every single excuse in the book as to why they can't honor the bonus, they lied saying it's only for new players which I proved isn't true, they said it's expired which I also proved isn't true. They said it's because I cashed out before on a free bonus which has nothing to do with this particular promo or any subsequent deposits made after that, now they are threatening to close my account just like they did with my homegirl sassy! These people over at Orbitspins are the definition of messy, they will tell you any lie they want to get you go deposit your money with promises they never ever intend to keep and all of that they justify with even more lies and nonsense! LCB thankfully will spread the word to others to be hesitant when depositing with Orbitspins... A casino that has so much potential but is obviously mismanaged and chooses fraud and lies over truth and value. I posted screenshots of the promo emailed to me by Orbitspins the exact same day I made the deposit, they literally made every excuse they could as to why I couldn't use it all which were untrue and now LCB is backing them up on this new bullshit claim that the screenshots were photoshopped? I got screenshots of me in chat with customer service over a week ago posting the same picture in chat and being denied ? The evidence I brought to this complaint was overwhelming and for LCB to still take Orbitspins side shows extreme bias. I demand a retrial and a thorough review of all screenshots provided preferably by somebody who is neutral and not in the pockets of Orbitspins.
