Yes!!!! I'm so glad I get to be the 1st one to file a complaint with this casino.

This casino is new, so I find it extremely troubling that it is already engaging in scam tactics.

I made my first deposit of $72 on OreonBet casino by using the code "LCBOR333." My funds disppeared real quick and the coupon only let me play non-progressive slots.

I then noticed another coupon for the amount of 33%, no max cashout, 1x deposit + bonus for wagering and it states that it allows games like blackjack as well, so I made another deposit for $221 because 33% of $221 would get me close to the amount of funds I began playing with when I made my 1st deposit, just to see if it was only the slots that was tight and not giving me much wins.

I started off playing the slots, but then when my balance got below $100, I decided to give the blackjack game a chance.

To my horror, I got a message that stated the game was unavailable due to promotion being used!

I didn't know that blackjack was a game that ws going to be unavailable because I didn't start my gaming session goign straight to play the blackjack game. 

I wrongly assumed that I would have been able to play blackjack at any point I wanted to simply because it was listed as an allowable game when using that deposit bonus coupon.

The casino WAS AWARE ahead of time that the deposit bonus coupon does not let a player play blackjack; only slots YET THEY STILL PROMOTE THE OFFER ON THEIR WEBSITE WHICH IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND IS BASICALLY STEALING PEOPLE'S MONEY!!!!

In the United States, where I'm from, if I log onto a website, see something that I would like to buy like a car, I then send them my money, but I receive a bicycle for the funds I sent, I get a full refund because I didn't get what I had paid for.

I had agreed to make my $212 deposit because I wrongly assumed that I would be receiving what was listed on the deposit bonus coupon.

The fact that I played all the funds is irrelevant because I should have never been allowed to make a deposit utilizing that deposit bonus coupon because it doesn't provide the benefits that it promotes.

Then, I was forced to accept a $50 chip with a 40x playthrough requirement, 5x max cashout, and ONLY ALLOWED ME TO PLAY SLOTS!!!!

That right there is the reason why I am filing my complaint with lcb.org. The indifference that the casino is demonstrating is disgusting. I clearly am upset that I was not able to play all the games with the money I deposited.

As a resolution, they are offering a chip that DOESN'T LET ME PLAY ALL GAMES, ISN'T NO MAX CASHOUT BUT ONLY 5X MAX CASHOUT, AND A 40X PLAYTHROUGH REQUIREMENT INSTEAD OF 1X!!!!!

I strongly believe due to fraud on the casino's part, I am owed the money I deposited, plus a 33% bonus and be credited with a chip of the same exact value that finally allows me to play all games and has only 1x playthorugh requirement while having a no max cashout attached to it.

I didn't get what I paid for and based off of the resolution that the casino forced my way, it's obvious the casino would not have done nothing had I reported it/brought it up to their attention when my funds where at the point that it was at when I found out that NOT ALL GAMES were allowed, unlike the proomotion that caught my eye and had me reaching out for my wallet.

It is not my responsibility to ensure that everything that is promoted on the casino's website is exactly what it is, especially if the terms and condtions of the deposit bonuses they are promoted are in English.

Allowable games means, permissible, go ahead and play, try this game, etc. you catch my drift. Notice how not once did i complain about the terms and conditons of the LCBOR333 deposit bonus coupon because it clearly states non-progressive slots, blackjack isn't listed as a game allowed, so when I see blackjack listed as a game allowed on the 33% deposit bonus, I fully expected to be able to play the game.

Please assist me with this matter lcb.org. I would like to get what I thought I was playing for and it really sucks that despite the casino admitting that it was in the wrong, it's nonchalant attitude gives me the impression that this type of shenanigans is what OreonBet is all about and scamming players out of what they believed they were receiving when they sent the funds via crypto.

That's why casinos love crypto payments because  a player is at their mercy and cannot contact his/her bank and demanding a chargeback.

I wouldn't be surprised if OreonBet doesn't pay out players or cuts a player off from their website while a player is in the middle of a hot streak.

The casino is brand-new, but it is already stealing money from players like it has been doing it for years.

The No-Rules bonus issue was addressed and as there was a slight malfunction with the game restriction, our representatives credited your account with several free chips out of which one was specifically designed to allow Blackjack, following the instructions provided by the Management. I will express myself however I feel like and if he casino doesn't like it, I could careless because the disrespect began when the casino didn't provide me with what I paid for and instead of crediting me with what I paid for, it has consistently doubled down on exposing itself as a scam casino website. I do not consider this matter closed but only the beginning. Of what? Well see.

Also, this matter isn't closed. In your response, you clearly stated that my instant cashback level is 25% and the casino will honor it and it shouldve been applied to my previous cashback, so I only received 20%.

I am owed 5%, the difference. I'd love to hear the logic in denying me this

I am absolutely not pleased with my experience with OreonBet, but what am I going to do? I'm not going to affect my day-to-day life and above all else....

Thank you lcb.org for being a platform in which players can come to and air out their grievances, vent, and hope for some sort of resolution that a player can find some one with, or at the very worst, put the casino on notice that any and all discrepancies that arent in line with what was promoted, offered, shown, or reflective of what they paid for or should've received, will not be accepted without an argument.

Sometimes (a lot of times) those arguments can get extremely heated when dealing with money and/or a sense of feeling like a player is being disrespected by being treated like a little 🐝-otch and less of a man, but I also want to thank OreonBet for admitting when being at fault, so I do appreciate at least engaging with me on this platform instead of ignoring my grievances.
