    I recieved a promo mail on 29th of january from them. With the offer to get 25€ bonus with one wagger if i deposit till end of january. bonus deadline untill i should recieve that money to my account was the 3rd of february. But nothing happened. I contact many times the live support and they told me i have to wait one day than again and again. last week they said i better should write my isssue to mail adress support@platincasino.com but no reply. yesterday i wrote to live support again and the answer was that i will get an reply to my email on same day. But again no replay until now... -_-

    So I've had one withdrawal out of platincasino but earlier on today after getting fed up with the lack of communication such as even sending a confirmation of withdrawal or the staff member on chat not even bothering to look properly at the thing I was asking question about asked to close my account, got told could do that on the site so just used self exclude.

    I paid with Trustly and also I had one withdrawal for £500 and this one that they won't payout is for £680 and the issue is that I lost my passport and they won't budge on the ID Scan so pretty much have robbed my deposits I've made, I don't think they would of asked for this if I did not self exclude the account, why accept my money on this many occasions and then refuse to pay out.
