  • Dear members,

Casino Grand Bay, Lake Palace, RoadHouse Reels, Bella Vegas and Jupiter Club Casino were operating under Grand Prive Group which was blacklisted due to slow payments, unresponsive support and they were one of the rare groups of Microgaming casinos which decided not to pay its affiliates once they shut down the US facing operation but were still servicing the existing US clients essentially breaking contractual obligations.

These casinos are now under new management - Genesys Tech N V, the same team that operates Lucky Creek, Grand Eagle, Treasure Mile etc. They are working hard on fixing all these issues and rebuilding the reputation of these brands, so we've placed them on probation.

We kindly invite you to share your experience, questions, concerns and complaints with us.

Thank you. We look forward to hearing from you.

  • Hopefully I'm adding this to the correct section of the Forum.

Does anyone know how long it takes to receive a payment from them nowadays?

Normally, I wouldn't play at a casino with their current reputation. However, I've had an account with funds in it from long ago when they had a solid reputation. I did fairly well with my old funds and have since made a deposit and tried to withdraw. So far I've done everything they have asked as far as sending documentation and whatnot. I've even received a email confirmation claiming they were going to jump on my cash out request. Unfortunately, it's still pending and it's been longer than one would expect.

  • Hi AxelWolf,

Can you please specify which casino are you referring to?
Please send me your casino account info in PM inbox so that we can notify them and ask for assistance.

  • Thanks for your quick reply. I'm going to contact them one last time and see what they have to say and  go from there. I don't want to be the Axel who cried wolf. If they don't come up with something reasonable or logical then I'll be sure to come back here and post the name of the casino and whatever else is needed to follow up on the situation. I'll be sure to let everyone know the outcome either way. Again, thanks for the quick reply and your time

  • @AxelWolf - Thank you for the reply. Please let us know in case you need any further assistance from our end.

  • UPDATE: Casino Grand Bay.

After a few more emails and live chats claiming " it's on the way".  Eventually, I was then told I had ALREADY received the payment. to bitcoin last month. I asked myself, Why were they telling me its on the way then? I looked at my transaction log at the casino and noticed it went from pending to processed. I inquired  about the date they claimed I had been paid., they claim it was near the end of July. I don't think I would have missed a payment of over $1,200 but I had made many larger deposits and withdraws /trasfersaround that time, so, I thought it was possible I missed something. Sure enough, I had a transaction for the same exact amount(off by three cents) a few days prior to the date they claim they sent it. I was about to come here and let everyone know I had made a mistake and had been paid. But then I got to thinking, there is no way in hell I would have made a mistake and not noticed where a payment was from. I keep a running total in my head, check my accounts daily. so there's no way I would be off by that much.  At that point, I went though all my logs. Sure enough, I had a cash out from a different casino not related to them, for the same amount.a few days prior to the date they claimed they sent their payment to me.

kinda freaky if you ask me, I'm not much on conspiracy theory, but it started to make me wonder if they had somehow known I had a transaction for the same amount and they were trying to pass that off as there payment in hopes I would think it was from them, why in the hell would they tell me I had been paid around that time if the money hadn't even been sent/ paid?.

After another email or two they finally did send me my money. I was around $137 light, but they claim that was due to BTC fluctuation. I'm not sure about that, however, I am happy I got  paid considering a bulk of the money had been sitting in my account for over 4 years and i no longer  had the credit card I originally used. So good on them for paying me.I will give them the benefit of the doubt  that my account being so old with a large chunk of money it  confused them a bit.  When it comes down to it that's all I really care about.... that when I cash out, they pay me. I know i should hold all online casinos to a higher stanard, however, if the bonuses are good Im willing to lower my standards if they do pay when and if you win.

Now that I'm verified and all that, I will try playing there again for a small amount and see how it goes.

  • Hi AxelWolf,

Thank you for the update and for sharing the details of your experience with us. Glad to hear that you eventually managed to receive some funds. Hopefully, the next withdrawal process will go smoothly for you. Keep us updated.

  • Dear members,

Casino Grand Bay, Lake Palace, Bella Vegas and Jupiter Club Casino have passed the probation period successfully. Earning the trust back is not an easy task and they will need to work hard, however, they have shown a lot of improvement already.
