    Dear LCBers,

    We would like to inform you that MYB Casino and BigSpin Casino have been placed on probation. 

    Way back in September and October of 2019, about 2.5 years ago MYB Casino and BigSpin Casino (sister brands) were added to our warning list for slow/unresponsive rep support with regards to resolving a LCB member complaint. We have decided that they have been on the warning list long enough and Casino Rep has contacted us to let us know that things have changed for the better and that they will be more responsible with being proactive with member complaints. 

    We invite you to share your experience, opinion and comments in this thread.

    We are pleased to let you know that MYB Casino and BigSpin Casino have successfully completed their probationary periods. Overall, we received few if any complaints, and when there were, the casino representative was prompt and kept in touch with us. We may safely remove them from the Warning list as a result. They will still need to put in a lot of effort to earn players' trust and provide them with the greatest support and help moving forward.
