    I'm genuinely sorry we couldn't resolve your issue however as stated we required your assistance in doing so. In a perfect world we would be able to transfer anywhere and any time however we are indeed limited to the payout methods available to us.

     

    Perhaps the $3000 in question was less important to you than the inconvenience of registering a new bank account but most folks consider that a significant amount of money. If they do not already have access to one of our available payment methods (fortunately most already do hold an active account with one of your country major banks) they take the time and inconvenience with a grain of salt, set up a new account, and get themselves paid.

     

    Those were NO MAXIMUM CASHOUT funds you cancelled and played, I only wish lady luck had been in your favor. Maybe a far bigger win would have been the necessary incentive to follow the instructions provided by our payouts team and collect your fair winnings.

    After depositing, meeting wagering requirements and verifying my identity,the permissions for play  within AUSTRALIA were removed the moment after I made motion for withdrawal of my winnings. It's only $200AUD, however.. its still $200...

    I can no longer login, emails are not responded to and there is no telephone number or socials to communicate with them through.

  • Perhaps this casino should have a review update and be Blacklisted!!!  Currently I am waiting for a withdrawal request of 580.  and have been told that it can take up to 3 weeks to over a month to receive this withdrawal.  The really interesting and absurd situation behind this withdrawal is as follows.    Around the first of May I made a deposit on Raging Bull.  (I have been a member of this casino for almost 12 months.)  Anyway I did well with this deposit and on the 5th requested a bitcoin withdrawal.  At the time I didn't notice that the withdrawal was listed as a Coindraw withdrawal.   I was told by support it could take over 4 days for the deposit to be sent.  (OK I figured these casinos all have their little wait time policies which behoove them and not the customer)  The withdrawal went through real smooth. They did take 28 dollars from my withdrawal as what was listed as "Managers Approval Fee"  I received the bitcoin withdrawal on Sunday, May 7th.  I again made another bitcoin deposit using a bonus on the site and did really well on that deposit so on the morning of the 8th I requested another withdrawal. At that point I was electronically informed there was a limit on the amount I could withdraw.  This was a limit with Coindraw.  (Coindraw is a withdrawal system used by this site to expedite the payout of crypto withdrawals.) So what I ended up doing was having to split the withdrawal request.  SO the first was for 1160 and the remainder was 580.  Both of these withdrawal requests were made at the same time.  But I did notice that the 580 was listed as a Bitcoin withdrawal and the other was listed as a Coindraw withdrawal.   I contacted support at that time to find out why they were listed differently yet going to same bitcoin addy.  That was when i was given told about this Coindraw program used by their system for crypoto withdrawals.  Several days later I found out that the limit set by this program takes 30 days to reset.   SO evidentlyeidently if you want your withdrawal fast you would use Coindraw.   But you cannot use it over the 30 day limit until it is reset???  Screwy to say the least.  So this last withdrawal I was told would take over 3 weeks to have sent to me via bitcoin withdrawal.  WHAT???  I told them I just received a bitcoin withdrawal that happened within 48 hours.  Why would I have to wait 3 to 4 weeks for a bitcoin withdrawal.   The first half od that withdrawal arrived in my wallet on the 9th.  Not bad right!!!  Well it appears that raging bull would like me to forget about the 580.  That a casino knowingly makes a verified customer who has recently within days of the withdrawal request had two greater amounts withdrawn made successful to their wallet, wait 3 to 4 weeks for a smaller bitcoin withdrawal is a financial scam run by this casino.  It is a policy this casino developed to financially scam customers who are successful gamblers playing this online casino.   It is like this casino's way to take an exceptionally large cut of my winnings!!! 

    There just is not any kind of reasonable explanation for this situation to happen.  7 days to approve the withdrawal then 3 weeks or more for the bitcoin withdrawal to actually happen.   No reasonable explanation for this to happen to a customer with an extensive successful history of crypto withdrawals.  

    Hell, if someone can come up with a reasonable explanation I for one would love to hear it! 

    Oh one more thing, the phone number that is listed for this casino in the emails and on the website is a BOGUS number.  I have been told that all customer service by phone is no longer happening, that this casino is concentrating on the use of emails and instant chatting to solve the issues customers have.   So, phone support should not be listed as available for this casino.  

    If there is someone that can help with this issue that help would be appreciated.

    There was indeed a time when Raging Bull wasn't doing so hot with withdrawals, luckily those days (and the folks responsible for them) are gone. I have reviewed the account in question and there has been prompt payment via Bitcoin, I see payment on the 6th and 9th of May and an additional approved withdrawal today, all well ahead of the time frames listed in the casino terms and conditions.

    The approved withdrawal (final payment related to this issue) should go out in the following business days. If it requires further assistance on my part please let me know.

  • Well thank you NICK. and yes those first two bitcoin withdrawals did get sent within 48 hours of requesting them. Sent with a rather high MANAGERS APPROVAL FEE removed from them!!!  The basis for my complaint was that why would a casino make a vetted customer wait over a week or more for a 3rd crypto withdrawal requested on the same day as one of the other withdrawals that was received within a reasonable time frame?  This withdrawal could have been sent on the same day as the 2nd withdrawal request.   When i canceled and changed this withdrawal request it was done after these other two had been sent and I again requested the withdrawal.. And then was informed that it would take over 3 weeks or longer to get this withdrawal processed!!! The individuals in Support did not have the necessary information as to there being a $$ limit on the use of the crypto program Raging bull uses. A program that makes the withdrawal of crypto happen in a reasonable time.   (When you use this program, it does not inform the customer about the high fee called the Managers approval fee that will be removed from the deposit. ) 

    You can believe that this casino is getting its act together if you want.  I personally feel all the policies set by this casino regarding withdrawal requests are designed to discourage players from making such request and are designed to financially benefit that casinos profits and are not what anyone would consider business policies designed with positive customer service in mind. Quite the opposite!  

    Of course, the above is strictly MY opinion and I respect the fact that our POV of this casino differs greatly!

    I would love to help however the terms and conditions of the casino as well as the free chips themselves state that only one free chip is allowed between cash deposits, in this case we have no history of deposit in the account aside from your account confirmation deposit which will be refunded shortly Lielani Nichols. Also worth noting is you currently have 2 additional active accounts which have also received free chips, only one account per player/household is allowed. Unfortunately in this case the requested funds are not eligible for withdrawal. I would highly suggest contacting customer service and having them close down your additional accounts or this could very well cause you further withdrawal issues in the future.
