    Hello Michał Borek,

    According to their bonus T&C, the registration No Deposit Bonus is available only to players from Australia and New Zealand. Since you are located in Poland, this is the reason why you were not eligible for the sign up bonus.

    As previously mentioned, it is always advised to carefully read the bonus terms and conditions before claiming any offer, in order to avoid misunderstandings.

    Given this, there’s unfortunately nothing further that can be done, and we will consider Case #3237 as RESOLVED.
