    May i ask who told you this, and how could I be in contact with them?  I would imagine that they would want to inform their CUSTOMERS of this, as they've been waiting for over a month for ANY kind of communication from Reel Fortune.  I'd like to get more information from them about this, however they have completely ignored me for the last 3 weeks.  Just terrible.

  • Well, it now appears as if Reelfortune.com no longer exists.  The URL will take you to slotsoffun.net.  This casino scammed me.  Very upset about this entire situation.

In situations like this, especially when a casino is undergoing operational changes or stops operating entirely, there should ideally be some form of communication to inform players about delays and transitions. However, we have no control over how each casino chooses to handle such matters.

  • Thank you for the update.  My levels of despair are very high.  This casino scammed me out of an $8000 win, then went absolutely silent before they completely went offline.  I believe that they're lying to LCB about this change of ownership and that they're still going to pay the pending payouts.  They had a track record of lying to me about these payouts before they went totally silent.  This experience has soured my online gaming experience, and I will never play online ever again.  Extremely discouraged.

  • I looked into litigation today. Unfortunately because of their lack of license, not much can be done. It seems as if this website was a complete scam.  I hope they are true to their word about pending payouts still being made, but I highly doubt that will happen. Of course, I'll share any updates here, but as it stands, this casino was a scam with lies and false promises.

  • No. Not only have I not received any of my 13 pending payouts, all of my emails have been ignored. I attempted direct messaging the casino rep on this forum as well, and received nothing. I request your method of contacting the casino rep, as I would like a direct line to them. Thank you.

    Zero updates. This casino scammed me out of an $8000 win, lied to me about paying out. Lied to you about the payouts still coming after its sale. Have ignored dozens of emails with zero response. It's extremely upsetting. Now, they don't exist casino doesn't exist online anymore. There is nothing I can find on the internet that would lead me to contact them in any way. They scammed me.

    I agree. The site doesn't even exist anymore. It was a straight up scam, and I highly doubt I will ever see my winnings.

    The warning remains in place due to pending withdrawals and the uncertainty surrounding the brand’s status and future operations.

  • I may have found a way in which to communicate with Reel Fortune affiliates.  I'm not going to just accept this scam without exploring all options.  I'll gladly report any findings here.

  • Unfortunately, I have nothing to share.  This casino absolutely scammed me.  I won 8k, then was completely ignored until the website disappeared.  Terrible.

  • The audacity of this casino to email me to try to use some sister sites is atrocious, seeing that they closed up shop and not alerting their customers. Shame on them.

    We haven’t received any information about the relaunch, but we’ll look into it.

    Our advice is not to play or register until we confirm whether it’s the legitimate one.
