I deposited on sol casino i get 50% cashback on astropay wallet but when i deposited 2000rs on Fresh on promotion 50% cashback in astropay wallet. They both illegal scammers not giving me cashback of 50% deposit amount its more than 10 days not a single response given to me.
Astro pay keeps declining giving cashback but on other side fresh casino keeps waiting me to wait from their (astropay) response.

I wanted to deposit and asked in live chat if there are any bonuses I can use with my deposit and they said no and I said even if I want to deposit and they told me no sorry keep on with your activity. So I deposited 100 everytime and asked again got the same answer. Anyway when I didn't have anything to deposit I I was checking around the page and fount that there are free spins and even a 50% bonus that could be used and becouse I didnt know where to find it I was asking the live chat. And when I asked them how can you tell me that there are no bonuses and they said well we can't do anything now but if you deposit 40 you will be able to get the bonus.
So after 800 I deposited 40 so I got 20 spins I felt it was really unfair when I deposited 8 times to be able to get a bonus and asked before every deposit and was told no to get at the end 20 spins.JET CASINO

Well I have been playing for a while and the only problem I have is that it feels sometimes that they answer by writing anything just to get rid of the member. And that happend one time I write ho nothing else at all amd I got the answer sorry when we have a free bonus we will be sending to your mail, I didn't even ask. And the same reson was told to me when I asked about why they didn't inform me about the bonus when I sent more then once asking they said it could have been becouse they thought you where asking about free bonus. I said clearly I want to deposit and they asked what kind of bonus and I said again I want to deposit 100 is there any bonus for that and they said no keep with your activity and next time you probably get it so I kept untill I deposited 800 and after that I found the bonus myself.

By the way I'm upset but want you to know that it was the most trusted and fair casino for me and I just deposited there,and when things like that happens all the time that makes members distrust the casino especially when I know after I deposited 7 or 800 that it could jave been doubled or so. It states no deposit 100 Spins!! Then once joined & you type in the bonus code it’s reneged on the deal and says no Free Spins until a deposit is made!! Terribly misleading and it’s blatantly obvious it just wants people to join!! But doesn’t keep its word!!! I wouldn’t trust this casino at all

I activated the welcome bonus, which included $20 in credit and 50 free spins. I played through the credit but was unable to launch the free spins. Believing that the leftover credit balance (just 6 cents) might be blocking them, I cancelled it. To my surprise, the system cancelled not only the credit but also the free spins — with no clear warning that both parts of the bonus were linked. When I contacted support, the agent insisted I had “cancelled them myself” and refused to reinstate the spins. This is misleading: the credit and spins appeared as two separate bonuses, and no warning message was shown before confirming the cancellation. My clear intention was to use the spins, not to forfeit them. I then wrote a polite message to management. The only response I received was a curt reply citing an obscure rule (28.2.3), with no consideration of my situation as a first-time player and no willingness to restore the spins. This is unreasonable and unfair. The free spins cost the casino nothing to provide, yet I was refused when I asked for them to be reinstated. Instead of any goodwill gesture or proper customer service, I was simply told to “look out for future promotions.” I am not asking for money back — only for the 50 free spins that were advertised as part of the welcome bonus and that I never had the opportunity to use.

Thanks for the explanation. Please note that if the credit and free spins were part of the same welcome bonus, then canceling one part usually cancels the whole thing, even if it’s not clearly shown.
In cases like this, it’s always best to first check with live chat before making any changes in the bonus section, especially if the platform doesn’t provide a clear warning message.
That said, we do understand your frustration and agree this could have been better communicated, especially for a new player.
Unfortunately, in this case the casino is following the rule stated in their Terms & Conditions, which says:
28.2.3 You can refuse all or any bonuses at any time in your profile. If you take advantage of a composite bonus (deposit bonus and free spins) and cancel the first part of this composite bonus (deposit bonus), the second part (unplayed free spins or winnings from free spins) will be automatically cancelled as well.
We understand it’s disappointing, but since the rule is clearly outlined in their T&C, the casino considers the case closed from their side.
In the future, we strongly recommend always reading the bonus terms in full or checking with support before making any bonus changes, especially when dealing with multi-part offers like this one.
That said, we will consider Case #3600 resolved on our side.

I love this casinos or loved but have an issue with Lex for almost a week now. I have deposited 100€ didnt get the founds deposited it when i was eligible for free spins, i made my deposite on Thursday I didn't get anything contacted them the said it may take 3 days but usually less so I waited with contacting support everyday more then once. On Suterday I said now it is 3 days they said well sute4day and Sunday isn't included so wait untill Monday. Again I waited contacted them again they said wait to the end of Monday, and again I waited contacted them and they said wait a little bit longer I di and when I contacted them they said if the founds isn't here untill the end of Tuesday contact us again. Now I feel like I would never ever again trust to deposite there anymore becouse if I wanted to play on wendesday I wouldn't have deposited the week before. And does that mean if I want to play in friday I jave to deposite the friday before? I'm really uppset becouse they are putting a new day every time I ask. Really lost my trust for them
