On Royal Stars casino I have a pending cashout that was cancelled twice! The first one was because I took a wager-free bonus that states that the maximum withdrawal is 5x the deposit I made, removing the surplus amount ($85.57).

The 2nd reason is that there was an "error" today which they stated upon cashing out the maximum I can receive ($255). I had $340.57 earlier although I regret taking the wrong offers because I took in order of the Royal Flush promotion: queen (150%), jack (100%) and then the king offer (200%), all of them wager-free, taking the king offer would have given me the entirety cashout without removing the excess. Would have been great to receive the full amount to be honest!

My other reason is to update my selfie! I sent an email to them on Jan 1 2024. They have not updated it since. I've contacted live chat earlier in regards to this.

I am sorry to hear that you had some issues to cashout your winnings.
From what I can see, you had successfull withdrawal of 200$ on Jan, 4th. Therefore, the mentioned issue with your selfie should not be a problem anymore.
Further, I can see that you have 255$ in pending withdrawals and as you mentioned, you are eligible to cashout 255$.
The reason why the last withdrawal got declined was not due to the payment provider interac.
You did everything correctly by trying another withdrawal.

I will let the finance team know that they should keep an eye on it. I am sure your cashout will be processed soon :)
