  • if you are using a free chip tith a max cashout once you hit the playthrough amount they auto remove the extra down to the max cashout amount

  • they removed it all and deactivated my account.

  • why bother wth these crooks........vegas joker is the only way to go....won $45000 and money was in the bank within 5 days........had lotsa smaller payouts and never had a problem

  • I have had the same problem with Slot Madness. I have a withdrawal pending since August 8. I finally had contact with Brooke@silveroakcasino.com. Apparently my withdrawal was sent via check on August 23. It is now September 6 and I still haven't received it. I was told that I would be sent the tracking details from Elena and have yet to receive anything. I was told that it takes 7 to 10 business days to arrive and it has been that long and then some. I tried contacting her myself and she hasn't responded either. I really would like a rep to help me if possible. Thanks.

  • I re-read this thread again today and my earlier post and only today did I realize that Silver Oak was part of Planet 7 group- as well as Slot Madness so I am even more pissed off that Planet 7 deactivated my account (F them) considering how much money I have deposited at Slot Madness and Silver Oak (never withdrawing)..you would think that the larger group would review the player on all of their casinos before they treat them like crap at one of them..grrrrr Planet 7, SM and SO ..

  • So what happened to the Rep?  Personally I have always received payment from silveroaks within 1-3 weeks. Always paid and vip support relatively helpful.  Although they do have many rules on their "free bonuses" and I suggest players chat with support to have documentation of what the terms on the bonus are, copy it, save it; in case you have a problem when cashing out.  IMO

  • I am having big time troubles getting my withdrawal from Slot Madness.  Withdrawal made 8/15/12, approved and check cut 9/4/12, but cannot get a tracking number from them.  I just get the run around. 

  • You don't need a tracking numbe from fedex..  Just call fedex and advise you don't know the tracking number and give them your address, bet they have no record as I doubt it was picked-up on the date the casino says is was.  But you will then have proof that the informaton they provided was not accurate.

    you will get paid but it takes this group up to 3 plus weeks to actually send your payment.  based on my experience

    I've just had a dreadful experience with "OPREMIO.COM CASINO" exclamation Im "Extremely!!" careful when it comes to playing at a casino whether my money or theirs. I done all the background check's, verification of Certificates, etc etc and YET, once i downloaded i was asked to fill in a registration form..DONE, logged into the casino, Redeemed their free $30 and starting playing. It was only by pure luck that I hit a big one from Count Spectacular that took my account from $18 to $539.58 exclamation!!! I was rapt! AND i only had $58 dollars left to make the playthrough!Even if cash out was only X2-5 times free chip I was happy as if it was all the money!I mean,who doesnt get that thrill from winning on a free chip?? And because of it, they WAS going to get a good depositor because of it! But..Check chat out when I asked about it:-

    Call me blind...but I cannot see my country anywhere????????? I then informed the girl their must be some mistake as im not on the list and was allowed to signup, enter my country and it was accepted???? Logged in, redeemed the free $30 and played for a day??
    She came back with, "My manager has told me you are, and it will be rectified on the home page shortly! But i could play at their other casinos, Silver Oak, Planet7 just to name a few.
    When I asked; when I reach my playthrough, seeing Ive had a good account at Silveroak since 2009,plz deposit the allowed max-cash out into that casino as they own all of them...her reply? SHE CUT ME OFF!!! Im just so angry! I couldnt even print the chat cause she cut me out of the casino also! I havent tried again; but im sure what will happen!
    I want what is rightfully mine plz REP. I done the right thing, I checked all your terms and condition etc etc, Im NOT on the restricted Country list, then told by chat that basically too bad so sad; thats not good enough! Im normally a placid person, but with this; they admitted they were wrong, I was playing legally as I WAS NOT RESTRICTED, but because it looked like i was going to cash out; they made up some excuse and closed chat! Thats just plain rude! Plz REP, I do enjoy playing at Silveroak, BUT if this is not rectified as it should be as i have done nothing knowingly wrong, I shall close my Silveroak account also as Trust is a BIG no#1 for me at any casino.
    Plz re-instate my faith, and help me sort this out?
