    5. Slotgard Casino bonuses are not available to persons residing and/or physically present in Ireland, Germany, Denmark, Malaysia, Spain, United Kingdom. Slotgard management reserves the right to disqualify certain countries or individual players from promotional offers. 

    That is the reason why you weren't able to claim the bonus.
