    We're received a reply from the casino. Here's what they say:

    You’ve requested to be paid via Bitcoin.  As per the casino’s terms, your account has not yet met the requirements allowing you to withdraw via Bitcoin. Kindly note, as per our T&C’s Point 48, under General:  If a win originates from a free bonus, and there are no deposits on the account (lifetime), at the time the withdrawal is initiated, a player may only be paid via Bitcoin, provided a deposit is made using Bitcoin.

    Since your verification deposit was made with a credit card, your win will have to be processed to your bank account via the wire.  If you still have a preference to be paid via Bitcoin, then we will happily process your cashin to this method once you’ve made a verification Bitcoin deposit and wagered this once through. Let us know how you wish to proceed?

    I do not have a foreign currency bank account it needs to be opened and it costs money

    it is not my fault that when making a deposit from a card, I cannot withdraw money again to the same card it's the casino's fault

    I will not make a second deposit

    The Casino Representative says you have two options; you can either make a Bitcoin deposit and receive your winnings, or you can have your deposit refunded and the withdrawal will be cancelled. There is nothing else they can do here.

    The Casino Representative has already explained everything a couple of times. You have two options; you can either make a Bitcoin deposit and receive your winnings, or you can have your deposit refunded and the withdrawal will be canceled.

  • Ah, ok. I forgot that I've been dealing with your complaint through private messages already.

    We still haven't received a reply from the casino. However, most of the Casino Representatives don't work over the weekend. We'll probably get a reply from them today.

    "The player's documents are all approved and he'll get paid out the next time the casino is paying out withdrawals (this should happen either today or on Wednesday). He just had to wait for the 2-5 business day period for his documents to be approved before this could happen."

    this information does not reflect reality...is incorrect..

    my document was approved on 08/12/2021 after a reasonable wait ..

    on 12/13/2021 the payment was authorized 

    I contacted support and was informed that the payment will take 3 working days to process and then another 3 working days to reflect in my bitcoin wallet. 

    I'm still in the "authorized payment" stage  it will probably take another week or two to receive my payment....without a doubt this is the slowest payout casino in the world. .. 

     if you also look at the casino review page here on the site you will see that their information does not agree with what is described...

    I will wait for theirs willingness to pay

    The Casino Representative says they've processed your payment. He says it can take up to 3 days until you receive it, but you will probably receive it sooner than that.

    He then went on to make a $25 Credit Card deposit and cash in his $100 Free Money win to Wire. He did not wager the $25 deposit once as per the Terms and Conditions.

    He then reversed the $100 Wire cash in, made a $24.82 bitcoin deposit, and re-initiated a bitcoin cash in for the $100 Free Money win and the original $25 credit card deposit. He has not wagered the bitcoin deposit once, as per the terms and conditions.

    The player is required to wager his last bitcoin deposit once before any funds can be paid to him. This is as per standard casino T&Cs."

  • I signed up with a free bonus and won quite a lot, it was pretty cool just trying this out for the first time really, so I contacted support to make sure I covered all the terms and conditions and submitted all the right documents.  After all my documents were approved I was told I had submitted the wrong Bitcoin address for payout, I have submitted this address as well as resubmitted my withdrawal after several consecutive denials, contacted the support team with my bitcoin wallet as well as the casino and can not get this issue resolved even after submitting a screenshot my wallet QR code ands address.  I feel like this is not legit being as this casino had no issue accepting two deposits from this address, however there is now an issue when it come to payout.

  • Signed up for Slotto Stars Casino, played with a bonus fulfilled all terms and conditions.  I made two deposits, however now that I want to withdrawal I keep getting denied saying my wallet address is invalid, Well it sure wasn't invalid when I made the deposits within the same 24 hours.  Anyway starting to believe this is a scam and I will never see my deposit money again let alone my winnings that I have tried four times now to withdrawal.    Customer support is terrible I get no information no suggestions, and no personal aknowledgment of my issue.  Just a great big giant circle they keep sending me through over and over again despite my emails and asking for information.

    Goodnight. Get $100 using the no deposit bonus made available by LCB. the casino asked me for some documents (which were approved) and asked me for a deposit to finish verifying my account and withdraw my winnings. so I made a deposit of $10 dollars but due to the blockchain fees only $7.44 fell into my casino account, the representatives then asked me to make another deposit to complete the requirements, this morning I made a new deposit of 3.46 and paid a fee of 9 dollars. however to my surprise, the deposit didn't land in my account even after it was confirmed by the blockchain and the worst of all is that the casino tells me that I didn't receive it.

    Casino Rep got back to us and said that they can confirm that a deposit of f $3.46 hasn't been received on their end, end which is why it never reflected in your casino account.Regarding the Bitcoin fees, we have no control over this as this lies between you and your Bitcoin wallet/provider.

    However, although the minimum verification deposit for a withdrawal to be processed is $10 via Bitcoin, their finance team has courteously made an exception to waiver the shortfall verification deposit and continue with the processing of your withdrawal as you have met all other withdrawal requirements.

    They want to reassure you that your withdrawal will go out with the next batch of payments, once the process is complete.

    It's been 3 days since they processed my withdrawal. but I still haven't received it. the money i deposited they said they would not refund as they updated their T&C and pulled my parents out of their casino. I am very upset about this whole situation.

  • As soon as this casino opened, I opened it account and started deposting. I deposited several hundred dollars and they took my deposit every time with no problems. Then one day I won. I tried to cash out and I followed all instructions and attempted to cash out via Bitcoin and soon after I couldn't sign in. Every time I tried it just kept saying error and kick me out. Then after getting a hold of life chat I was told that I was banned. I asked for an explanation and was told that i was banned because I had reversed credit card charges! I had absolutely NOT EVER reversed any charges of any kind(I even contacted my bank to verify that there was no action that I wasn't aware of that maybe they had done. And of course there wasn't. I knew that but I still wanted to check).

    I asked why I was allowed to deposit over and over again if I was not allowed to cashout? Why was my money good enough for them to take repeatedly with zero issues? I even confirmed the deposits with my SS# so if there was some problem with me personally, then they would have banned me immediately. Instead they took my money over and over and over again and waited until I was ready to cash out, then they banned me. I don't remember the exact amount I think it was around $2,400. And to make matters worse, they did not return my deposit money. I requested that they should return all of my deposits if I was ineligible to ever cash out. They never did. They just cut off all communication with me and blocked my ability to even ask questions. I know this complaint is worthless because so much time has passed, but I wanted to warn people anyway. Every time I have ever had issues with a casino lcb.org has always helped me out with contacting the casinos on my behalf, and I'm very grateful for that, but I have learned that it makes no difference if I complain or not because it will change nothing. Once they claim that you have broken some rule, they will stick to it. It doesn't matter how true it is. They will still stick to it. Especially when it gets them off the hook for paying thousands of dollars. I don't know how anyone gives decent ratings to these casinos.  Especially this one. And just reading the complaints on here, it's the typical behavior. Delay delay delay don't pay don't pay don't pay. Or take as long as humanly possible to pay. But accept the money immediately. If there was any honesty or morality whatsoever in this casino then they would have paid me my deposits. But they didn't. They let me play knowing I had no chance to win. They took my money and let me wager it knowing I had no chance to win. That is stealing. 

    Again, this happened over a year ago and I know there's not going to be any fix to this situation. But I also knew that if I complained the moment it happened it wouldn't matter. I knew I would never get paid. I begged and begged and begged and begged them to reconsider. I beg them to return my deposit money. I beg them to simply be decent. They all but laughed at me..... So late or not, this is my warning to anyone that is thinking of depositing at this place.  Do not be like me and allow them to just steal your money.
