  • Hello there. I signed up ams registered to sloto tribe casino and claimed the free $30 NO DEPOSIT bonus. ( Rules on on pop up says " New Customer offer. $30 Free chip. MAX CASHOUT $30. Max $10 ) Anywho I completed the task and playthrough successfully. I stopped at $25. I verified all my information documents of my driver license. Selfie pic. My proof of address as well. I tried to redeem my withdrawl and they denied it because they said my proof of adress( internet bill wasn't qualified) so they emailed me again to send bank statements with my proof of address. 5 mins later I received email from their support team and says my verification and account is successfully verified. So I requested my withdrawl again. 20 mins later I received an email from their support team saying they denied my request again! Now they are saying I need to make a $20 deposit now. Nowhere in the promotion says I have to make a deposit first if I'm claiming a NO DEPOSIT BONUS. in the other promotions I see it says that for that promotion but not on the promotion I claimed. I asked to them to send me the terms and conditions stating that for the promotion I claimed. But they never replied back to me!

  • Sir, when I attempt to withdrawal, the first and last name fields aren't accurate, I don't remember using my last name as the first name.. it's the complete opposite.. I hope you can correct that for me as I didn't enter my information incorrectly.Β

    I am attempting to make the 10 dollar deposit as I've just been approved for instant withdrawals, and per the bonus it said a 10 dollar deposit was needed so I was about to do that, but when I talked with customer support to make sure I had everything in order I was told that I have multiple accounts on slototribe, which I definitely do not. Β I was told I could log in under another username which I don't recognize whatsoever and wouldn't even be able to as it's not me, nor a username I've ever used. Β I tried to find out which email was used but they couldn't tell me, or why it was flagged as a second account. Β I only signed up recently after seeing it advertised on this site, I got approved for instant withdrawals without question, and am definitely the only person in my household so there's nobody else that could sign up using my IP. Β I'm hoping there is just some confusion and some way I can clear this up. Β Thanks for your help.Β

  • I did all that work for a 100 dollars and it was denied since I used the buy feature in game the game or feature should be disabled if we can't use it. This is the first time I've played somewhere that has this rule. This is below standards. There was no try again or this is your 1 courtesy were letting you get away with it this 1 time very disappointed

  • Used a no rules deposit bonus made it thru the play thru and submitted my documents for verification and they keep denying and telling me to resubmit via email which I've done 15 times the correct email but they claim to have received none. I'm now being ignored in the live chat and email with no resolution in sight. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

    The same thing happened to me essentially I just filed a complaint because they are thieves there one of their representatives told me to deposit and I did rite then and then I finished the two or three spins I had to make and went to verify then that weasel that I spoke to made sure to tell me repeatedly and rudely that te winnings were void that place is garbage
