  • Xon.bet has a welcome package that includes deposit bonuses. Their bonuses doesnt credit automatically as should. I already had my 1st deposit bonus but there is now big problem with 2nd deposit bonus. They dont credit it to me.

    My deposit was made 5 days ago but still Im missing my bonus. I only get some runaround exuces that issue is transferred to correct department but nothing happens with it.

    Any help from here to get my bonus?

  • Xon.bet just emailed me about this issue. They claimed that all welcome package bonuses has to be claimed in 48hours, otherwise its not possible to get bonus.

     

    I didnt do that so I cant have 2nd deposit bonus. Crazy rule and never before even heard this kind of rule. But I think this case can be closed.

    But this is good thing to know for others if someone is considering to play on these casinos.

  • I withdrew from a match bonus before and it wasn't limited when i took 200 out on an earlier bonus and then after they manually applied 7.5.1 to my big win I had a bonus that had a withdraw limit and it automatically adjusted my total by 659 once my wagering requirement were met. On my 3759 win though it converted all to real cash and then after 10 days they manually adjusted it and claimed TOS 7.5.1 Here is a write up as how I believe this will plaur in court. And I'd it comes to that I would probably go the route of a class action lawsuit based on how many times I have read complaints about your site how. Your support agent asked how I think it would play our so invested a little time l, free is charge, compiled how I think it would go. I highly suggest you take my wire yo and your TOS to a lawyer to verify or our down my argument. You asked how I believe it would end in court so I will provide you my thoughts on the interpretation and verdict based not only on your TOS but I will go a step further and base my interpretation with the possibility that bonus funds and bonus balance are the same. (I still believe they would be deemed as different things but for this scenario I will give you the best outcome for you which would be winning the point that you kept arguing that bonus funds and bonus balance are the same. Also if you're a bookmaker and I am a gambler , which I am, I would gladly bet at equal odds the entire 3,682.17 that the final verdict would be in my favour with no limitations. If you want to take me up on this then give me a call at 780 281 0543. Also as a serious side note the only time I stopped using your sure in the end wass when I was waiting on you and had you just paid me, you would have gotten that back with in three months if not 2, lmao/ How I believe a judge would interpret the TOS qnd sequence of events based on bonus funds and bonus balance meaning the same thing (I do believe they would be interrupted as meaning different things based on consistent expression and easily findable case law but for the sake of argument let's say they mean the same things.) I deposit 22.5 and I received a match bonus of 33.5. This triggers tosTOS 7.5 which creates a wagering requirement of 40x 33.5. I then start wagering my deposit and bonus My real cash balance eventually hits 0 and all my winnings are now turned to bonus funds / bonus balance because of TOS 7.7.1 Now I keep playing and end up A. Meeting my wagering requirements B. Winning 3,756.17. Now when wagering requirements were met doesn't matter because my winning turn to bonus funds / bonus balance while I have an active wagering requirement. Once the wagering requirements is complete my winnings no longer turn into bonus funds / bonus balance from that point forward. The other effect of making my wagering requirements is the winnings turn from bonus funds v/ bonus balance because according to.7.5 once wagering requirements are met the bonus funds/ / bonus balance become withdrawable. On your site you can’t withdraw bonus balance/ bonus funds and can only withdraw real cash so when TOS 7.5 makes all winnings withdrawable it has to convert it to real cash as that is the only balance you can withdraw. The other effect of completing the wagering requirements is that the bonus is no longer active and TOS 7.7.1 stops converting winning into bonus funds \ bonus balance. I kept playing for a whiland now I have 3,756.17 CAD in my real cash balance. At this point I initiate my withdraw of CAD 3,750 that is now real cash (remember it was only converted from bonus funds/ / bonus balance to real cash by TOS 7.5 specifically. Now because 7.5.1l1 lspecifically says⁰0k “The maximum amount that can be withdrawn from bonus funds is capped at 200% of the bonus amount", it actually never gets triggered. This is because it's based around limiting the withdraw of bonua funds which not only did not happen it's physically impossible to do on your website./bonus. Now the nasty part is TOS 7.5.1 is the attempted voiding of winnings above that 200 percent of bonus. But like the first part this clause is directly related to the first part of TOS 7.5.1. Because the first one didn't trigger neither would this one because it wouldn't even have a limit to void winnings above. Relevant/referenced tos 7.5 If not otherwise stated, when playing with match bonuses, bonus amount must be turned over (wagered) 40 times before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. 7.5.1. The maximum amount that can be withdrawn from bonus funds is capped at 200% of the bonus amount. Any winnings beyond this limit will not be eligible for withdrawal and will be voided. 7.7.1. On the website, there are two balances: real and bonus. The real balance is for the player's deposit funds, which can be withdrawn at any time if the deposit has been wagered twice (deposit turnover is mandatory). The bonus balance consists of received bonuses, which require wagering according to the bonus terms. When a player has both active balances, bets are deducted first from the real balance, and any winnings from such bets are credited to the bonus balance (without increasing the wagering amount). Wagering of both the real and bonus balances only occurs when bets are placed using these balances. Please kindly return my funds as soon as possible. Thanks Adam Domoney

  • In a new note I had a good win with a bonus on xon that had a withdraw limit and surprisingly it auto removed the extra funds once the wagering requirements were met.  Posting a screenshot as reference.  So first win with a withdraw limit gas 139.xx bonus correction, internal payment once wagering was complete.  Second win without a withdraw limit has a manual withdraw, internal payment of 3682.xx and third time I met wagering requirement with a withdraw limit has a bonus correction, internal payment of 646.xx.

    Interesting thing is the first and third are listed as bonus correction, internal payment and the second (the one I am disputing) isn't a bonus correction but just a manual withdraw which took place 6 or 7 days after I made a withdraw.

    So why in the first and third was it automaitc as soon as I had made wagering requirements but the second didn't automatically adjust and only happened 7 days after I made a withdraw request.

     

    This information alone should prove there wasn't a withdraw limit on the second bonus whee I won the 3750.  It is obviously a blatant use of some non applying TOS to steal money I rightfully won.

     

    Thanks and sorry for not replying right away.

    I posted screen shots of the three seperate times they adjusted my winnings after wagering requirements were met.  And a screenahit of the bonus on the one that I verified had no withdraw limit (memory exchange 100% and 25 spins).
