    I made two deposits almost two weeks ago via BCH to the SportsandCasino.com website and wallet address they generated. Both deposits were 25CAD in BCH. When the first arrived it did not get deposited so I sent customer service a link to the Blockchain and the hash, etc. They deposited the amount of dollars in USD but converted it CAD so instead of getting 24.xxx I got 19.xxx. They first said they didn't know how to fix the problem and then told me I was a liar and it was correct. Stupidly, I deposited again hours later after waiting hours in frustration and they did the exact same thing. So basically I dad roughly 25 percent of my funds taken, hours wasted and unnecessary anger. The amount between the two was roughly $10CAD I wasn't privy to. They tried to do this again a few days ago, with the same issue, as their site generates you different addresses and they try to put the onus on you for not completing the transfer properly. I work as a computer programmer and I also work closely with cryptocurrencies, I mine, etc. I also have been an avid gambler for over 10 years. The first time I complained they started to mess with my account, being petty with something as simple as cashback, elite  membership, rude and neglected customer support, as I likely was flagged, and also not receiving any comp points since. I am pretty done with their site as it has only been troublesome. I gamble with one reason in mind, that is getting what I deserve without having to spend hours talking to support over how the blockchain supposedly makes up numbers and other childish maneuvers. That is all, I hope this is resolved, not really about the money, but I hate seeing and being a part of situations with people and environments that are full of unmoral and unreasonable characteristics that the world has far too much of. Sad world. Lastly the blockchain doesn't lie...

  • SportsandCasino.com have really been disappointing in my first withdrawal with them in wagered the bonus and was able to withdrawal in couple days but after making a deposit and winning 700$ I now am considered skillful and can't receive bonuses but my withdrawal I made last Tuesday has now taken longer than the first one in don't understand I keep getting told different things and feel like they are trying to get out of paying me

  • Iwas was told to request a refund of my deposits made on 2/1/2023 in the amounts of 100.74 and 200.38 and on 2/2/2023 in the amount of 94.06. I am requesting these refunds due to the glitches I experienced on both days from those deposits on the game year of the rabbit. I tried to get this fixed with account manager william but got nowhere. The info and case number for that is #72489851
     
    The year of the rabbit game glitched. The jackpot bowl fills up with each wild you get, so that it will trigger the jackpot round. I played it down to 2.25 at 2.50 a spin and it was filled up then I deposited another 200 dollars and went back to play and the bowl reset and it never triggered the jackpot bonus round, that's not supposed to happen. The bowl doesn't reset until you get the jackpot bonus. I switched browsers because the slots were glitching and running slow and when I went back the bowl reset again. I want all the wagers I did on that slot returned to my balance. I'm attaching pics to show you what I meant. 
     
    I added up the waged amount during the glitch and it was 477.50 (that might be slightly over) and you will see in the attached image during all those plays there was one bonus round but it was the scatter/free spins round and that doesn't cause the coins in the pot for the jackpot bonus to deplete or reset. If the pot had ever reset due the jackpot bonus round being played you would see a win of one of the jackpots with the lowest being the mini 75 dollars on a 2.50 wagers or the mini 300 dollar jackpot on the 10.00 dollar wager and you won't see any of those wins during the year of the rabbit gameplay on 02/01/2023 or 02/02/2023 because the jackpot bonus was never triggered so the jackpot coin pot should still be filled as shown in the prior picture evidence that I provided. Please place the lost wagers due to your glitched software back into my balance or refund my deposits. I played this same game back around the end of January and know how the jackpot round plays. I had even lost and then played again later and my jackpot coin pot coins never moved or depleted until the jackpot bonus round was triggered and completed. The manager William claimed to have tried the game and didn't see a glitch but he didn't play it the way I did. He played continuously without leaving. On that game when you leave the game to another game on the site or leave the site altogether the gold coins bowl is supposed to remain at the level you last played at when you come back.  The only time it is supposed to reset is when the bonus is triggered and he even stated this in his message back to me,  so if that's the case and the bonus never triggered during any of my play then why is my gold bowl with the coins level resetting? I was told they would process a refund of my deposits from the days I played and the game glitched within 10 days, they haven't and they haven't credited my account the lost wagers from the glitched bets. I didn't use any coupon code so had no playthrough or max cashout requirements. I am attaching proof of the glitches below

I've contacted through chat every single day since I did the withdrawal and have been told something different each time. I informed them that I played the game before and seen that the pot does indeed remain filled until the bonus is triggered and in the attached picture you see the account manager stated that the pot fills up until the bonus triggers. They said it happens in other games. I plan on testing this on the other games they suggested on their casino but also test this same exact slot at another casino to see if it produces the same results when filling up and then leaving in regards to the bowl of gold coins. I will let you know what my findings are.

I am trying to withdraw funds(less than $90, by the way) from Ducky Luck Casino.  I have given them photos of my driver's license, utility bill, and me with my driver's license.  I asked for the withdrawal in Bitcoin and they are asking I send pictures of the front and back of my credit card.  I teach about cyber security and that is a big no-no, especially through email.  Why is this necessary?  Can I cover up my card number, except for the last 4 digits, and the CVC number?

  • Ducky luck casino is supposed to give you free spins after your 3rd deposit. I have done several and the last two times I have deposited I have not gotten the spins until I messaged support. When I did the agent said you haven't made a deposit and ended the chat immediately.. after she checked again (connected to the same agent) she gave me 25 free spins. (Hail Caesar) @$1.25 a spin. One of the spins I got Cleopatra all the way across with a 5x wild. The hit was for $75.75. A few spins later my free spins ended and I only had $23 on my account. I messaged support and they immediately knew what spin I was talking about and said yes it was a $75 spin. But wouldn't give the money to me.. and escalated  it and told me it would be done in a few hours at 11am.   • Hello,. As you know you have to deposit money in order to get these so-called free spins... Anyways upon my free spin I will hit something kind of large and ask the agent what would it take for me to cash out and he says I need to play 21,000 more dollars, so I did, I got my total up to $24,000 and I played through the  21k needed after 10hrs thinking I was getting ready I was going to be able to cash this out, never mind be able to afford my bills and maybe fix my car, I went to cash out and it said maximum $750 and all the rest got deleted...
