  • Thank you very much for letting us know. Please keep us posted. We added the casino to our warning list. You can see it HERE. They didn't want to cooperate and help us resolve this case. Wish you luck! smiley

  • I want to update they are responding but they still try to retrospectivly change the terms and justify it. I just got this mail a couple of days ago.

     

    " Hi, When opening an account you confirm that you have read and understood the terms and that you will inform yourself of any changes made in the agreement since Staybet has the right to change & update the terms and conditions. Therefore before playing a certain product with bonus funds you will need to be aware of what terms follows that product/game. In this case I can see that the funds were confiscated 23rd of August and the terms were updated on the 16th of July so its been more than a month from where the terms were updated to where you broke these terms. Regards,"

     

    As staybet admits they changed there terms on 16 July and confiscated my funds on 23 August. I played on 17 of May this term was not in place. Staybet is retrospectively adding the terms and think they are justified to do so.

    This is unacceptable for me and the casino community. I read the terms before I played and didn't broke those rules. I hope Staybet can come to there senses...and do what is right thing..refund my funds.

    Thank you for letting us know. So sorry to hear that the issue hasn't been resolved yet. As you know they are on our warning list, we also rewrite the Review page stating all the reasons they got a warning. 

    However, we can get in touch with them again, but I'm afraid they would ignore our emails as before, and we'd probably get the same reply as you did.

  • Hi, I registered at staybet.com 2 years ago. My docs were verified

    I deposited 500 usd twice and after 2 days my funds were 1018 usd

    I  requested a payment. Staybet alleged they had technical issues to pay via netteler, skrill or any other I offered

    I have sent dozen of emails. The first 5 o 6 were answered by staybet finantial section

    They gave up answering long ago

    Any help?

  • I do not know the cause they delayed my payments, they have never said I had an issue, 

    I did win only 17 euros at this casino because i had deposited 1000 before requesting 1017

    This casino was closed. We tried to get in touch with someone from their team hoping someone's still replying emails but all our emails returned to us as failed delivery. We are trying another contact so let's see if someone replies. We'll keep trying. 

  • Melissa, thank you very much. A pity, we player have the edge against any casino. We go uphill to win from time to time, we respect each rule. We must stand this other situations too.

    It is the fact that a online casino closes a added risk to the player? How do gaming comissions and license givers react to a casino clousure?

    They should have returned your funds if they are closed. We tried to get in touch with their sister brand's management but got nothing. We'll try to reach them and see if they can help us sort out your case.
