Thank you for letting us know. The casino has been notified.

Tonybet sent me exclusive 100% bonus (+freespins) offer by email. Terms to get that bonus was that i have to wager my deposit 1x and then the bonus would be automatically activated. Promo email included bonuscode that had to be used on depositing.So I used this code and deposited. I actually copy-pasted promocode from their email and triplechecked it was 100% correct and then I made my deposit of 100€.

After depositing I wagered my 100€ deposit 1x (and actually over 100€ )as mentioned on promo terms but bonus wasn’t activated. So either they send invalid bonuscodes to players or there is some technical error on their systems.

Ive tried to talk to them and asked to add my bonus but seems that they are not interested of solving this problem in anyway. They are not adding my bonus and are only giving some runaround exuces all the time.
Ive done everything by promotion terms (100% fact) but still I don’t get any help from them.

Can you help me to get my bonus and freespins ?

Please keep in mind that our system shows either successful either unsuccessful attempts to use the bonus code. As I looked into your case there are no signs that there was an attempt to use the code you have received. This case is pretty unique since the bonus was sent and successfully used by several hundred users and we didn't receive any similar complaints so far.

Perhaps you would be able to provide the screenshot with the date where the attempt to use the code is visible? For further communication please contact our customer support (info@tonybet.com)

Please just add my bonus. I copied bonuscode directly from your promo email and added it to correct box when I deposited. I dont have any screenshots. Why should I take a screenshot always when I deposit. There is no sense. 

I've tried to deal this issue many times with your support but they wont help me in any way.i dont understand why.  

I have done everything by your promotion terms to get my bonus. So please finally fix this issue.

Seems that these Tonybet-guys are not interested of fixing this issue for me. They are just ignoring me in anyway they can.

Solving this would have been very very simple. They could have just added my bonus but they are not interested of doing this.

So just  note for other players: Tonybet seems to be sending invalid bonuscodes or there is some bug in their systems. So please be careful with their bonus offers. You might not get what you are promised for.

And just to add, i wouldnt be fighting for this if I didnt know that im 100% correct with my claims.
