  • Hi I claimed a bonus on luckycreek.com wagered all that was needed verified my account and made a withdraw. I tried to withdraw 200 to my bitcoin acc but I later on read that I was only allowed to withdraw 128.00 so I waited a week before they revered it then I just tried 125nzd. I finally got a reply back from the live chat support but they weren't much help and wouldn't answer my questions or took so long to reply our chat disconnected I have screenshots of our chat. He said I needed to wager more in order to withdraw but it clearly shows I had wagered all because it went from bonus balance to cash balance and took me thought the whole withdraw process. Normally it will say that a withdraw cannot be made because more wagering is needed.

     The bonus they gave me was for my birthday or for New Year's. Honestly, they were both close together. 

      But I know for sure. The night I played the bonus and won, I deposited at luckycreek casino. I can prove that in my bitcoin records. 

       This means that I have fulfilled the investment requirement of the bonus. In fact, I lost my deposit. And I've requested a lower limit of $100 to attract thoughts. 

      Days go by as we wait for document approval, and details can be forgotten. 

      You don't think there will be problems as it is among reliable casinos. Once you've completed the procedures, you think the result will be as you expect.

      But when I went into the account and checked, There was no withdrawal request. And my account is 0.

         I had an interesting waiting process when I connected to live help and asked. Then the disconnected apology!!

    The Casino Representative says that you've claimed no deposit bonus. If you made a deposit to claim the winnings from the no deposit bonus, that doesn't change anything since the players from your country are not eligible for welcome free bonuses.

    The Casino Representative says you did not win from your deposit. You won from the second free bonus claimed on your Lucky Creek Account. You made the deposit because a deposit needs to be made to make a withdrawal if you have never deposited before at the casino.

    In this case, there's nothing more we can do to assist you here. We consider this complaint resolved.

Never got any emials stating money was not going to deposit because of an issue they found. So i waited till today 05/05/2021 and called them they told me that the money was declined do to too many bonuses used and they dind't deposit that money back. Into mu lucky creek account.

  • On October the 28th I deposited Bitcoin to my account and won $800 and requested a withdrawal on the same day and at the time the market price for Bitcoin was $58,641.  They have yet to even return my initial deposit or have they released my winnings and now the market price is $67,000 +..   lucky creek casino has held my winnings and my initial deposit and are profiting from the volatile market and I'm sure will try to pay me at current market price whenever they release my winnings and not at the time I cashed out..   this is rogue and shouldn't be allowed

  • Recently I deposited $20 in Bitcoin with this casino and it never showed up. I contacted them twice and all they said was it never made it to the casino. Very bad service with live chat.     So I filed a request for a small 100$ withdrawal just to make sure it's possible.  My previous activity on that account was a 25$ deposit.  Then there was a bonus applied after that and it was that which I won the 100$ on after play through.  Never did i receive an email from finance or security like I have in the past at other casinos.  So i check this morning and there has been an adjustment to my account and the withdrawal has been voided.  At the very least an email explaining the rationale would have been nice - it seems that is the professional way to handle things.  But no, I get zero communication and just an adjustment.  I suppose they figured I would know when the money didn't show up rather than simply communicate.  Long time customer and depositor though I Don't deposit as much as I used to. Very frustrated with the way this happened as much as I am in the decision.  IT was just unprofessional.

    If the bonus that caused this void is the $30 one sitting on my account now I am going to be very upset because I did not request that bonus and it just showed up yesterday out of the blue.  I wasn't even on the account when it appeared. If that caused the void then I have no reason to believe it wasn't done purposefully to void my measly $100 withdrawal.

    Casino Rep get back to us and clarified your case. Your winnings has been voided due to violation of the free bonus terms. The Casino allows only 1 free bonus in between deposits made, and we've been told that you have claimed two free bonuses in a row, one of $30 which was lost, and the second one of $60 which was the winning one. 

    Per T&C : 

    "8.4.1 A player is only permitted to claim one free bonus offer on their casino account, where no deposit is required. This includes free money offers and free spins offers. Should a player claim more than one free bonus offer (in succession without making a purchase at the specific casino in question), any winnings generated from this bonus will be null and void."

  • I requested 2 withdrawals from treasure mile casino on October 10th, 1 for 500 and 1 for 70 I sent them my ID with selfie, I had no bonus pending playthrough I spoke with live chat they said I had several bonuses therefore it voided my withdrawal,  I'm not sure what they are talking about my username is terrimathis113 it still says I have no bonus playthrough pending,
