My login is pipoc01. I signed up in October and I had no promotions available due to duplicate accounts at Rival casinos. Since then I've closed most of my Rival casino accounts. I tried logging into your casino today and was unable to because account is now locked. I would like to try this casino. This is the first time I've been locked out or denied access and promotions from any new Rival casino. And I don't understand why emails are sent out from Rival announcing a new casino to sign up with or a introducing a sister casino for another Rival casino for me to sign up with if it will cause this to happen. So I closed all my Rival accounts that I could recall having opened and left less then a handfull open. So I was hoping you could review my account again because honestly I've never been turned away by any other Rival casino and it's just odd that only Tropica has. It just seems unjust somehow. Especially when I read about a great new promotion that I'm excluded from. Thank You and Happy Holidays!
