They do not pay the win and then make a fool out of you saying that you made a photoshop of the handwritten note...Please LCB carefully look into this! Here is what happened at this casino - I did not play at Wildbaster too much. I made four deposits here, with the last one I had a win - I won 4 839 EUR. I played on the 22 February, I deposited 66 EUR, I played Hellboy and Sugar Pop. A few days after winning I got my account verified. Everything was going well and I did not expect any problems. However on the 6th of March I found out that my win was confiscated and my account was closed. The casino explained to me that I was suspected of fraudulent actions. They gave the whole provision from their terms which I attach to this text and I really do not get how this is relevant to me. Obviously I do not agree with the confiscation and would like my money to be paid to me.

    Regarding the complaint we have providedd all evidence(photos) and detailed explanation to LCB rep. Photos show  'photoshoped' text part in obvious way:

    1) “Noises” on the note, which border the name of the project and the date. This happens when, removing one text, you replace it with a friend and / or simply insert text on an empty part of the photo.

    2) The strip  which remained after the previous piece glued in, as well as that noise on the record, where the project name and date.

    3) A bright line is clearly visible at the top of the note: the result of the overlay of a new layer. If the whole area of the note had been selected when editing the photo, this would not have happened, and since the selection layer was inaccurate, this band would remain.

  • Do you even hear yourself??? So you blocked my account and confiscated the winnins basing on your guesses?? If you take a closer look on the THREE PHOTOS I provided you will see that on one of them (with the car) I wrote the date on the envelope and you can clearly see this line where the envelope opens. On the other photo (02.04) the shadow from my passport falls on the piece of paper. About the strip - IT IS A FOLDED PAPER. Noises on the paper are exactly the same as noises between the stripes on my shirt. And you know why? BEcause of the quality of the photo! Oh, God I cannot believe this!!!!! Man, you cannot be serious about all this stuff you just wrote.

    We've received a reply from the Casino Representative. Here's what she says:

    "Antifraud department referred to what I told in my initial message and advised the player to contact the provider directly. As slots are not under Wildblaster itself but really played on the provider's side. He was not granted because the provider took them back, the casino just followed the rules and return the deposit.
    Not sure if the player is aware slots are on the provider side, the casino doesn't owe them, so he can contact the provider directly to get the official information."
