  • FYI, despite reasonably good experiences in the past in playing at Wildcoins Casino (usually process withdrawals within 24 h), I won over $300 on 3/4, and requested withdrawals immediately.

    I get the same "reviewing my withdrawals" BS every time I inquire with Wildcoins customer support about my withdrawals, but it is OBVIOUS that this casino is trying to "slow pay" in the hope I will cancel my withdrawal...;-(

    Fyi, this kind of "passive scamming" is a MAJOR RED FLAG IMVSO...def stay away from WILDCOINS until further notice!!!

    PS Contacted Wildcoins rep here at LCB over 48 hours ago and no response yet....  IMVSO it is important to leave this message viewable on the complaints forum so that other LCB members are aware and avoid Wildcoins so they don't get scammed!

  • I'm am sooo disappointed in wildcoins !! Up until this point, they were #1 in my list of the top 5 I usually play. Not only did having my withdrawal approved and sent to my BTC address go from 20 mins or so to now almost exactly 5 hours every time, BUT NOW.. they took about $400 from me and are ignoring me when I ask about that and my withdrawal. I received the 50 free spins TEST DRIVE bonus and received 0.03 MBTC which is the MAX WIN AMOUNT. I played Extra Gems by Platipus on min bet 0.01 mBTC and got up to 16 mBTC but once playthrough of 15 mBTC was met, my balance dropped down to 3 mBTC.. again. I was a little confused but didn't think to much on it because at that point the bonus was free and clear and it was now my money to either withdraw or chance and lose. BUT I played and actually got back up to 16 mBTC and then decided to request a withdrawal, only to receive an email FIVE HOURS LATER that my "cashout has been canceled"

    except I don't understand. I don't understand why even after I finished WR, I still was cut down AGAIN, and even added MORE INSULT TO INJURY by having the audacity to reference the link to the WRONG T&C's, when this is the correct link for the specific bonus in question

    The terms for the TEST DRIVE bonus use to say "MAX WIN AMOUNT FROM FREE SPINS IS 0.003. Now it just says the MAX WIN AMOUNT IS 0.003 which is bogus as hell because notice how the email says max CASHOUT amount but the terms say max winnings. They revised the terms recently and left it vauge as hell so that they could apply that BS to dam near anything and reject your withdrawal. Last time I checked, the MAX CASHOUT AMOUNTS ON ANY BONUS(IF ANY) IS EXPLICITLY MENTIONED IN THAT BONUS'S T&C's. I would like to receive my money that I'm due!

    We would like to clarify that as per the terms and conditions of the Test Drive bonus, the maximum cashout amount is 0.003 BTC. It seems that you have exceeded this limit by requesting a cashout of 16 mBTC, which is why your cashout was cancelled. They simply cannot approve a withdrawal request that exceeds the maximum cashout limit associated with the bonus.

    They have explained this to you and this is standard procedure when it comes to NDB Free Spins and shouldn't come to a shock..

    Hope that we have given you assurance that there is nothing wrong with this situation. Just be sure that your max withdrawal for this bonus claim can only be 0.003 BTC.

  • Incorrect. You guys make up the terms but don't know how to keep it consistent. You say max cash out is 0.003 but yet the terms in your own picture says 0.0025. On top of that, the TEST DRIVE bonus has its own set of terms which has no mention of a MAX CASH OUT, but yet during the multiple useless chats with the casino agents, they kept referring to the terms on the TEST DRIVE bonus where it says MAX WIN AMOUNT, NOT MAX CASH OUT.

     

    BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE..AFTER I FINISHED THE BONUS AND THE MONEY WAS MINE TO DO AS I SAW FIT, I PLAYED AGAIN AND ENDED UP GETTING BACK UP TO 16.66 MBTC AND REQUESTED A CASH OUT AND GUESS WHAT?? IT WAS REJECTED TALKING ABOUT "MAX CASH OUT IS 0.003 BTC" BUT AGAIN, THE BONUS HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH MY MONEY THEREFORE YALL OWE ME ABOUT $400.

    Simply put, the amount you wish to withdraw from the bonus claimed is 16.66 mBTC which is equivalent to 0.0166 BTC.

    As you can see this exceeds 0.003 BTC which they stated which is actually more than 0.0025 BTC. We advise you listen to them and cashout the max cashout amount that they stated as it is clearly more than what it says in T&C.

    Hope this clarifies things and what they emailed to you is accurate in our opinion. We don't believe they are out there to steal your money. These are simply the rules for any bonus claimed max cashout in their T&C.

  • Verification for SkinsBack deposit seems impossible. I've won money and am not able to withdraw cause I keep getting lead on for weeks on the verification. I've been asked multiple times the same information which doesn't exist through this deposit method even though I elaborated that I've deposited through SkinsBack - the deposit method WildCoins uses on their website! They're telling me the screenshot I provide for verification is not good enough, even though SkinsBack support is telling me:

    "We provided them with the same information, they confirmed that the deposit was successful after verification and a screen, you need to write to the technical support of the service that you replenished, since everything has been done on our part and we cannot influence their work" 

    I've had hundreds of messages between both WildCoins and SkinsBack support, is the strategy to keep going circles until I get tired and just say fuckit and leave the money to the casino? It seems like it.
