    I have a question this site lists your casino as USA friendly.  I claimed the no deposit and like the layout of your site.   • Emma I just decided to try out your casino tonight and shortly after playing a bit decided to go ahead and do the verification process. After discovering USA was not an option I asked a rep who told me that US customers are not allowed to gamble with real money on the website and my account was being closed and my Bitcoin deposit would not be returned.  The rep was Kenney.   

    was going up upload a screenshot but the file size is too large.  I can edit it to another format if needed.

    Thanks for the reply.  You are saying that bitcoin is not "real" money. So the terms do not apply. That is very creative. As Christ344y learned, not everyone at your establishment agrees with your thinking. I do hope this gets sorted out as I like your layout and would like a new place to play.

  • They never addressed my problem and closed my account and confiscated my funds even though I was using bitcoing.  Completely unethical.

  • i just chatted with support.  I dont think they are gonna pay me.  This is very upsetting.  I have over 20 grand in my account.  I have been treated like crap at this casino. same as the casino that refused to pay my winnings MVPBET.  My money is still in that casino.  Over 20 grand ithat wildcoins casino is not trying to pay me you guys.  

  • Why do you think you are not going to be paid? Did they provide any reason for that?

  • with MVPBET,  they made me wait month and month.  saying same thing that its being reviewed by there fianance team.  i got so tired of their lies, i gave up my  cashout.   they wont let me cashout my funds in there. Same thing happened with wildcoins.    both company prob know each other.  Idk.  but i feel that they are.  giving me hard time.   I did what i had to do.  they didnt pay me

  • Yeah I’m a US player who was told by support I could deposit and withdraw there. Then I find out that you can’t which makes since because a couple weeks back I put in for a withdraw and after 24 hours (and several chats with support saying that it’s just pending and it would be approved soon) I played it. I’ve deposited there many many times. Hundreds of $$ and I want a refund. I ask every casino before I play if US players can play and withdraw. That’s fraud and I want my money back.

  • No they told me the United States was a restricted. Only after I read it online and lost 100's . They told me when I first signed up they allowed United States players. One time I tried cashing out but after 24 hours and going being told by support it would be shortly I finally played it. I just assumed it was because they were new. I kept asking them it I needed to verify anything. I'm pissed I'm demanding my money back! All of it! I was scammed and this is considered fraud.

  • I also have the same complaint as the previous person, I've deposited funds and fully trusted LCB and the reps who post on this site that US players are allowed and accepted!! Seriously scandalous that it would be shown on this site to accept us players and on many of the forums and bonus postings, some even that specifically ask if USA players are accepted and there is no clarification offered or made by anyone that reflect their(your) actual terms and conditions of the site. Super unhappy with the casino but more Latest casino bonuses that they would be complicit in this as well. Look at all of the comments on their review page from US players rating the casino as if it matters when they shouldn't have been directed there or allowed to play or even deposit!! Unbelievable. Of course I want my money back but having seen your response on askgamblers site it's neatly edited as if you were going to pay back laceypotter their full amount deposited but notice the actual response here is much different and I have to accept i was robbed. Thieves don't repay their victims e.g. you won't repay me.
