    Is the pending time on withdrawals really 72 hours or quicker than that? I like being paid within 24 hours or maybe 48 at max.

    In general the withdrawal pending time is between 1-24 hours during weekdays. Weekends take a bit longer. Also it depends if you're already a verified member.

    Basically the first withdrawal will always take a bit more time since the account needs to be verified. All withdrawals afterwards are processed much quicker.

  • Just asking. I saw on the review page pending is 72 hours and then withdrawal 1 - 18 hours.

    Thanks for claryfying. I guess Ill make my first deposit then if I am allowed to register.

    It looks like the location in which you reside is blocked from participating in real money games on Winfest. Basically this means that you can register an account, but you are unable to play for real money. Is it correct you reside in Morocco? 

  • I have spotted Winfest long time ago. I found some good games here and so decided to try it out. In the middle of October I registered here. I hit a win - 1 700 EUR., verified my account but a week ago the casino messaged me. They told me that I have violated their terms that I have played Wild Turkey and this game is prohibited from playing with the bonus. I double checked their bonus terms and had not spotted any restrictions about this game I did this before I actually started playing here. I will be very happy if I get my winnings.

  • I think it is very disappointing that the casino can change the terms in order not to pay the players. I think this should be considered properly by the LCB team.

    Winfest Casino doesn't have any exclusive bonuses for LCB members. Are you referring to their 5 EUR No deposit bonus?
