    To be perfectly honest I was expecting they will sort these issues by end of this week ( maybe I was too optimistic ). It is Friday now, and I know that things won't get done during this weekend.

    Also I certainly did NOT expect Daniel to go MIA, when we have these burning issues unresolved.

    For all these reasons, and given the member's feedback ( which we highly value and appreciate ) we have added all affactive brands to our warning list.

    This is the type of warning that is displaying at the top of their reviews, and also warning signs are placed next to their casino names on our lists.

    "Please exercise caution when playing at this casino. Reports from members include complaints for inexcusable long withdrawal delays and a customer support team that is not resourceful in solving issues. Withdrawal limits are unreasonable with a $500 max limit for most cases even though the terms stipulate “up to $3,000”. These terms are unclear and allow too much leverage to reduce the limits at any time. We advise members to use discretion when considering this casino until further notice. "

    Now please mind that I DO expect all players to get paid, as this does seem like ( hopefully ) temporary US processing issue.

    However the lack of transparency from Daniel and his management, combined with ridiculous withdrawal limits is what has earned them this warning.

    Please also mind that we will continue to monitor this group and will certainly stay in touch with Daniel and continue to mediate.

    Once these issues are fixed, terms changed, payments up to date, we will consider removing this warning, but that won't happen until LCB members are completely satisfied with the positive changes.

  • That is fantastic Zuga! Members have been given the runaround long enough. It really is a shame that this group has been so uncooperative. To jeopardize their integrity all in the name of greed when in fact they have a large volume of traffic that they will now lose defies all reasoning.

  • good job LCB!  I just hope that those LCB'ers who routinely deposit thousands a month realize it is not worth the risk. 

  • Guess they are getting a taste of their own medicine.  I dont know why RTG should be any different than any other casino group/.  MG always had my withdrawl approved within 24 - 48 hour and the money in the bank 2 days later at the latest.... So what is the big deal?  Maybe I am missing something

    Well it took me exactly 38 days to get my check from then ... needless to say I no longer deposit there anymore.  I cant go through that crap anymore when waiting to get paid ...It should NEVER take longer than a week from the time you cashout till the time you receive your winnings .  MG never took more than 4-5 days start to finish!  Hope you get your money!

    Plenty of people will.  Look at the cash back thread of everyone looking for their cash back. Not only that look at this thread, see how many people have had problems in the past and keep going back.  Addiction is a very bad thing.

    Yes I saw you update that cashback thread right after the warning was issued.  I wonder if international players with wallets are getting paid quickly?  It also may be a case to where they don't have much international because., international have many more options of solid casinos.

    Take a look at the LCB exclusive $50 bonus thread. There are plenty of active requests for cashback, and Blue is answering these requests via a "Rick" .  It looks like Rick has chose to remain anonymous and have Blue send request's. I do know Blue is always on top of things, like very quickly, but  I think it would make sense that Blue would have asked Rick what the Heck is going on.
  • Well i would think with this group now placed on LCB Warning list Daniel is most likely taking a few days off. That is a hard hit to placed on warning. I hope it is a good sign that they are re-organizing and will pull through and make some changes.

    As we have seen in the past it wouldn't matter if Blue asked or not because we are not getting direct answers and the most important thing is members are getting credited and Blue is def on top it!

    I dont think the issue is not being paid ... the issue is the length of time it takes for them to pay you ... they may approve it in a reasonable amount of time, still think 4 business days is way to long ... 24 -48 hours is plenty of time AND if it is done early in the day it should be done right away.  I also have a big complaint for not being able to "flush" your withdrawal if you want to.  If you ask them to take it out of your account then they should do it, instead of making it sit there for 4 days.  But the biggest complaint is the time it takes the processor to issue the withdrawl ... I still dont understand if a casino has a finance department then why arent the checks and wires done from there?  Cut out the middle man and you cut off most of the problems that are occuring.  No running around for answers... if you dont receive your money at least 5-7 days after is approved then the fault lies directly with finance and no one else.

    as long as people keep depositing with this group they will continue to operate the same crappy way they always have....the people who have been burned the most and complained the loudest are STILL the same people who are asking "where is daniel so i can get my $50 chip"...it appears as long as there are gambling addicts with just enough change in their pockets to get their fix with a nice match bonus this group will continue.  I am laughing out loud in advance when i hear the next person wondering why they didnt get paid yet......go figure
  • all that needs to be changed is the ability to be able to flush your withdrawals and for them to find a more efficient way to make sure payments are processed quicker than they are.  I know for a fact that even a Fed Ex ground envelope takes no more than 3 days and a wire should take no longer than 2-3 days at the most, depending on what time of day it is sent.  Their problem is they hold your money, then when they say it is processed it really isnt because they are not the ones who do the paying ... they send the money to some processor and that processor is responsible from then on. At that point the processor could take as much time as they want.  The casinos need to figure out a way to have the money go directly from their finance department to the customer.  Why does MG casinos not have these many problem with payouts ... they approve within 24-48 hours and payment is received no more than 2 days after that.  The point is, some of these casinos are not telling the truth or their processors are so crappy that they shouldnt even be using them in the first place if they are the ones causing all of the issues. 

  • What players should know is that this group of casinos is only going to pay you $500.00/ week of your winnings. They will put the remainder back into your account. (i.e. you withdrawal $3000.00 they will take up to 10 days to approve $500.00 withdrawal and redeposit $2500.00 into your account balance and you will then have to make a withdrawal for $2500.00 and 10 days later they will approve another $500.00 and put $2000.00 back into your account balance and so on.

    So It takes 10 days to approve the first $500.00 and possibly up to 10 days for you to receive it and then the same for the next $500.00 and so on.

    Not acceptable IMO.  I was paid 100% of my withdrawals up to $2500.00 and then suddenly several months ago it all changed and was only paid in $500.00 installments. It will take several months to receive my winnings, Not acceptable, They are crooks. Haven't since and will never play any of their casinos again.

  • Trps commented about why does the casino not process payments on their own.  The easiest answer specifically related to US is, if they got caught accepting and sending money direct, the casino would be shut down rather then the processor.  Not worth the risk for US accepting casinos.

    There is a nice group of RTG casinos that everyone should use and that is Club World Casinos - they seem to be the only RTG group that is actually a good group to deal with

    I know it's crazy. It's not so much the amounts, been there done that, but its the amounts people are willing to deposit at a rogue casino.  If your going to deposit that much why wouldn't you go to a group that will pay you on time, and in much larger amounts.

    WOW ... I feel for you ... They are reluctant to tell you the reason why they closed your account and you are probably never going to get an answer.  I suspect the reason they closed your account is because you won a a good chunk of change and they don't want to pay you.  I had a few huge wins with one of their sister casinos and I was immediately bonus banned for no good reason since I had never broken one casino rule or term and never was given a reason (that's because they didn't have one, other than the fact that I won).  It's a shame that these guys aren't held to their own terms and conditions. A player does their due diligence by carefully reading the casino's terms and conditions and abiding by every single rule that the casino has laid out in writing AND when a bit of luck comes the player's way and it comes time for the casino to pay out the players winnings, all of a sudden there is a "problem". I was bonus banned for a few big wins, although every single bonus taken by me was a deposit bonus and offered to me by the casino.  A few months later they restored bonus privileges BUT the bonuses offered to me were now a special set that never change AND they have a 55x play through rather than the normal 30X play through that the rest of the casino public enjoys.  I am so sorry that this has happened to you and you probably will never see your money.  Yes, it is infuriating, but keep on looking in these types of forums and read about other peoples experiences before you decided to deposit and play with whatever casino you decide to choose. Most are honest, a lot are not and it's a shame that the regulators don't just shut down the dishonest establishments and make the requirements stricter as far as time limits for payouts etc.  No one should have to "chase down" their money or told they "broke some rule" AFTER the fact.  Hope you get this straightened out!  Best of Luck to you!
