My account on this casino is leistat28. I signed up, i received 15 free spins on Big Bad Wolf and at the end i met the wagering requirements with 70,15 euro withdrawable. In chat the operator told me this:

I first requested about 2 weeks ago, it was reversed by yoyo as they emailed me requesting docs and said as soon as docs received they would release funds.

I emailed everything straight away and have since sent follow up emails as my withdrawal status still pending.

I made a deposit directly from LCB and got a bonus. I lost the money and then made another deposit of 50 euro. I played a bit and went up to 75 and down to 30 euro. I then realized i had a 0.07 bonus from the previous deposit and cancelled it. All my balance was wiped out!!!!!
I spoke to chat and they send me an email stating that the Winnings of my SECOND deposit, go to the bonus balance of my first deposit. So for a 0.07 bonus balance I lost ALL my winnings I made with my second deposit. I read the terms and nowhere it says that the winnings go to the bonus balance. This is also stated in LCB that they do not have Bonus Terms and Conditions.
The worst part is that I replied to their email, send a reminder, spoke to chat and then spoke to chat again, and now, 6 days later, I have yet to get any response at all. They seem to think that crediting the winnings in the bonus balance of previous deposits is normal.
Even if it was a normal casino, would have seen this and said: "ok a balance of 0.07 is not worth wiping out the whole deposit" and would have made an effort to give me my money back...

The timeline of events is as follows:
02 June 2018 - First Deposit Made and Bonus received. Balance at end of day 0.07 euro.
05 June 2018 - Second Deposit, no bonus selected.
While I was playing i realized there was a small bonus balance from first deposit and cancelled.
05 June 2018 - First contact with Live Chat. They said they will reply with e-mail. 
06 June 2018 - They replied (attached) as explained above. 
06 June 2018 - I replied requiring more information.
07 June 2018 - reminder sent. No reply
09 June 2018 - Spoke to Chat. They said they marked my case as urgent and i would get a reply the next day.
12 June 2018 - Live Chat again. They said they will reply via e-mail. Nothing yet.

I'm hoping you might assist me as I am not having much success with the support agents at YoYo Casino.
I requested a withdrawal 8 days ago and even though casino staff keep telling me it is processed, I have not yet received it.

I know you may think I'm a little impatient having only waited 8 days, however - I did endure a long month and a half at their sister casino Malina where the exact same thing happened and I was contacting everyday to only be told to check with my bank (who cannot trace payment, only the sender can track it) 

I definitely won't be depositing at any of this group's casinos anymore and hope you can help with this predicament I am in because I know they will make me wait another month before telling me that my bank 'rejected' payment and reversing to my account where I will just play it out like I did at Malina.

As stated in your reply message, you say you have processed my withdrawal to my bank account - if this is true, then why am I being offered another method for withdrawal and original withdrawal has been reversed to my yoyo account? If you had truly processed the withdrawal to my bank account, i dont think this would be the case?

I have now received another email from finance department which says to request withdrawal via bitcoin (as this was depositing method) and to forward documents requested.. I have replied questioning which documents were requested as none have clearly been listed?
