The first post says you must have lost $200 in bonus free deposits.  $100 isn't enough.  Please confirm this is the case i.e. that you have lost $200 in bonus free deposits and not received any cashback on those deposits.

No it s not my case then i lost 100$+ in extreme but before the 100$ i claimed cashbacks there so i m not eligible.
