Do they all count together as lost deposits totalling $200, And makes you eligible. (Providing you have not made any withdrawals in between)

It's requested the day you post or if you post later in the day i.e. in the evening, it's requested the next day and credited on the day it is requested.  You need to read all the terms i.e. you can only go back 30 days worth of deposits with your first cashback to qualify.

I was managing to purchase this 20$ bonus on extreme because they confirmed that i m eligible. But i m lucky yesterday i participated in the monthly LCB tournament on extreme and i m ranked 1st i m waiting for it to finnish so i can withdraw if i claim the 20$ bonus i will not be eligible to for the money i will get from the tournament.

No they have never done that in the past.  I assume they gave you the normal cashback they offer (I think it's 25%) which then precludes you from receiving this cashback.  I sent the request off 17 hours ago (forgot to tell you it had been sent) and they replied an hour later 16 hours ago.  I don't know if those times help you.
