I think that all of them are answered.
In the last paragraph, he sounds like a deposit is required to withdraw from bonus in case of the previous successful withdrawal. But, from my experince, they require a deposit regardless of withdrawal successful or not.

Hello,
I just received the message I pasted below from from the staff at Inetbet, requesting that I send your message to them as they do not do the merging of various bonuses. Even if they were in the practice of doing so, however, the "manager bonus" of mine for June was $15, making it mathematically impossible for the cash back bonus to have been included, since it was a minimum of $50 on its own.
Additionally, I had purchased a $18 chip for Inetbet from here last week, and yesterday you had sent me a message telling me THAT chip had been lumped in with my manager bonus as well! So we are now at a grand total of at least $68 (though my cash back is actually for losses of right around $300, not $200) that I have been inquiring about that I am told was included in the manager bonus which came to only $15. I am also going to paste below the email from the staff at Inetbet that is announcing that my whopping $15 manager bonus had been credited, so that you may see for yourself all if the details explained above.
Lastly, I had just noticed that in my request for my cash back bonus, there was a typo on my user name; the correct user name is oftheworld. I checked the free chip purchase, and the user name had been spelled out correctly for that one. Nonetheless, perhaps the typo with regards to my user name was the cause of some kind of confusion by someone, somewhere? That's about the only possibility I can come up with!
Anyway, I will post those two emails from the Inetbet folks below, and hopefully my purchased lcb chip and the cash back bonus will be arriving shortly.
