But about the cashback - you sent my request on 8th Aug, for my deposits over 200 euros that I made on 4th and 5th. On 9th, after you have already sent my request, while I was waiting for my LCB cashback I deposited 20 eur more an lost them, so I asked the support for a free chip and they credited me 5 eur to play - this was not any kind of cashback. I received a response telling me you had already had cashback.  I queried this with them and asked them to double check and advised it was a separate cashback offer.  They came back to me and said you had already had the $18 chip.  I advised them again this was csshback and nothing to do with the shop and sent them the link to the thread.
