"I checked the account again and the player definitely received her $75 credit. If the player logs into their account and views their statement they will see a note for a $75 credit on the 25th January 2016."

I am not referring about the Jan 25 credit - I am referring to the FEB deposits of the 22nd and the 23rd that was made AFTER the Feb 22nd credit of $75......?????

Sorry I was referring to my deposits made from February to date which have exceeded $300.  I did get the credit on the 25th of January and thank you so much for that.  I thought I could claim it more than once should I deposit and lose over $300 again... silly me, but cute, lol... Thank you!

Yes you can claim the cashback more than once with your new deposits.

So you wish me to query that the $100 and the $90 are showing up AFTER you spent the cashback you received on 22nd February.  The $100 you deposited before you received the cashback definitely will not count.

This is the response:

I run a check on the deposits from the day after the last date credited. Then on the day I make the credit I include that day’s deposits as well.

So based on that the player did not qualify at Treasure Mile or Lucky Creek for that matter. All deposits between the last dates were added towards her last cashback rewards.

Alright I don’t normally do this but I have separated deposits from the 22nd for this player and I have credited the $50 cashback.

I always include all the deposits for the same day they claim the cashback but I have made allowance for this player.
