Thanks blueday. I don't know how they got those amounts. I just checked Treasure Mile,the last cashback credit was on 3/29/2018

My deposits after that date are $745.00 at Treasure Mile,Lucky Creek deposits are $620.00 so I don't know what to say other than they

just don't want to give it to me. I went back thru the thread here and 3/29/2018 was the date for my last claim.

Sounds like it.  Definitely no 2 free items in a row per standard casino terms.  Max cashout was $750.

Cool, I'm glad the support a-hole told me it would be ok. He said because its a cash back and not a freebie finance will look at it different. He applied it to my account and I ended up hitting pretty good. I just put in for a withdrawal for 600 bucks but finance wont be in till Monday. Can you image if I get f-ed 2 years in a row? I kept the chat conversation so when they try to tell me it didn't happen ill at least have a name to reference. 

I just talked to Luke and he said they will cancel the withdrawal.
