  • So, I signed up at Rembrandt casino some time toward the end of last year. I initially signed up through the LCB link for 10 no deposit spins on Secret of the stones. After creating the account, I noticed my spins are not added and then decided to email support.

     

    Finally, support came back to me after 2 days stating I do not qualify – They never stated why I did not qualify, but given 2 days for a response, I decided not to email them back getting information.

     

    So, after a few weeks, I decided to claim a deposit. They offered a 120% bonus with 66 bonus spins on Gonzo Quest Megaways. I deposited 12 euro and another 14 euro was added plus 66 spins bonus spins.

     

    I never played the spins and tried to wager the bonus. So, I opened Gonzo Quest Megaways and start spinning at 0.20 euro per spin. After about 70 spins I triggered the bonus feature and won x400 my total stake, leaving me with a 90-euro balance. Remember I have 66 spins but selected to play them later. Red Tiger ran a promo of wager 20 euro get 10 spins, wager 30 euro, get 20 spins, etc. I opted in and wagered 20 euro and had to play the spins. Won 0.67-euro cents from the spins.

     

    After a while, I decided to play many games until I realize my wager bar does not move or very slow indeed. So the wager was 26 euro x30 which is 780 euros. The free spins winning have x60 wagering, so that would be 0.67 x60 and it means 36 euros. So, in total, my wager was 780 euro + 36 euro = 816 wager. Keep in mind I have not played my free spins as part of the deposit offer.

     

    I contacted support enquiring about the wager and my first email look like this

    I claimed a bonus and had 26 euros in my account. What is the wager? I wagered around 300 euro and my wager is stuck on 5.5%. What is happening?

    -       Email support takes around 48 hours, just not to address your concerns. They respond with something else that is not concerning your question.

     

    So as explained I never played the 66 free spins, just the 10 spins according to the promo wager 20 euro and get bonus spins. I thought I was going to keep my 66 spins for last if I lost my bonus funds. So I explained to support I only played at 0.20 euro per spin on Gonzo Quest megaways, so there is no way I won that 86 euro from the bonus spins because everyone knows bonus spins in Red Tiger games come at 0.10 euro right?

     

    Support claim that I used my 66 spins, even though I did not play them, as I had enough balance, just to confirm support said any free spins winning must be wagered x60, although Tom I think advised free spins does not have any wagering attached. Now I am CONFUSED!
     

    I wagered more than 2500 euros and had an 800 euro balance left. I still had 5000 euro to go as per support my wager was 7400 euros, on a 12 euro deposit.

    I opened a complaint on LCB, it has been over a week and no response from the rep – I decided to play the balance away was left with 1000 euro but could not complete.

    -        The Forum Rep does not bother to respond to my LCB complaint ( I am sure he knows what a Shiitty casino they are) and is tired of dealing with people on LCB who has issues, simply because the entire casino staff does treat them like BS and he needs to deal with it and its out of his control and simply cause he does not get paid enough – (When robberies happened at a garage, does the petrol attendant help you? No they don’t, they get paid a very low salary which is not worth helping to save your life as a customer) – Similar concept of this casino rep explanation!

     

     

    I decided to kiss that 800 euro goodbye and forget about them. They even froze my account a couple of days later – Most probably saw the complaint.

     

    So, to sum it up:

    -       Support – Does not address my concerns

     

    -       Live Chat – Completely useless: Ask me to email support and accuse me of claiming spins without providing proof

    -       Verification was a nightmare – Requesting bank statements, even though I deposited via E-wallet

     

    -       Froze My account

    I must admit, its very frustrating, which is why I let it go and moved on - One thing about me, I dont care about the money involved for most times , but the ethical practice and between what is right and wrong. And I am honest, not that its a good trait to have, but I have little/Zero patience when it comes to online casinos. This rembrant spoiled my entire new year.

    Got the invitation for the $500

    Deposited a couple of times and managed to get it up to $1400. Then I started playing Kung Fu Rooster at Max Bet of $12 per spin.

All of my information is already verified so I'm thinking I just need to wait for the payment to be processed. I emailed the payments department  a new bitcoin address.   • There are too many casinos out there that disguise themselves as the best, some have given me struggles yet they've delivered with their promises but one in particular is something that didn't make my "wish come true"! This casino was Wishmaker

    It all started around mid May of 2020, the cool breeze blew through my head as the rays of sunlight enveloped my surroundings. When I was going through my emails, this offer for free spins on a welcome package came from Wishmaker. I registered an account before this happened. I took this offer and decided to deposit after reading reviews from LCB, I took  a shot at this new casino!

    First off, I spoke to 4 different people regarding my verification documents. I spoke to Christina, Victor, Mimi and Alexius. I must say they are very professional in what they do!

    I sent my ID (Passport) and I also sent in a bank statement that was denied since it didn't have my name so instead one of the live chat operators has suggested that I send in an "alternative" deposit method so I used my Visa card (front & back) which was approved. I also asked if they needed a proof of address which was not required. Alexius has confirmed that everything is in order. What I want to know is, from your end is everything really in order? I ask this because I got different answers from them. Can you please confirm this?

    My next question is regarding my cashout request. The deposit method I used is an Interac E-Transfer.     The constant emails and replies kept going on and on with excuses as to my documents being approved or not. So many different stories from different agents giving me replies that I didn't want to hear because I had big hopes to this $920+ cashout to enter my bank.

    I couldn't believe it! After all this time my so called approved documents weren't approved and still are being looked into!?!? They kept asking me to keep sending the same documents, the constant battles of emails and patience given has left me frustrated and so my hopes for this $920+ went into a state of despair, fixed into the path of illusion that filled me further with regret of giving Wishmaker a chance! I used my balance as I was convinced that I would not ever receive these funds and later closed my account!

    The tactics the agents made, including the casino rep Sami made me go through to stall and otherwise waste my time was something I'd never want to relive again! This to me was opening a big gambling wound that was previously healed from surgery!

    Sept 23rd 2020:Wednesday

          The day a simple $35 deposit at the wrong Casino was to become a 3-month headache. After 3 days of playing on my deposit on and off. Just for fun while visiting some family . I happen to get my balance well over a thousand and down to $3 and back up twice finally around $700 I request a withdrawal. Shouldn't be a big deal as I have withdrawn from this casino previously and the last one was twice the amount with no issues. So literally after boasting about the casino to a couple people and saying they should play there because I had just won. Which I would feel stupid for shortly. I am awoken by an email saying my withdraw had been canceled with no explanation!

          Not too happy but calmly I get a hold of Live Support. Support then tells that their system automatically Flags accounts for whatever reason and cancels withdrawals on its own and they can't fix that. I'm not stupid I play at a lot of casinos I am meticulous about reading the terms and conditions before I start playing as well as never attaching a bonus to my deposits almost ever because I know the playthrough requirements will be astronomical. I tell him that that is not a viable reason and I would like him to elaborate on why it was canceled. he then continues to tell me that they can't fix it, the system does it automatically and it's not reversible. To which I replied "it's your system you can make it do what you want"  I make sure to let him know that I will not let this go and I will be a monkey on your back until I get an answer. and that  I'm well aware that they can cancel any withdrawal at any moment that doesn't make it an ethical practice. 

          For the next week I do everything I can to get an answer from Vegas Rush I contact my LCB rep. ( I'd like you to know vegasrush was very quick to refund my $35 deposit after they cancelled my withdrawal I had a feeling they would use that against me later on and I was right) Eventually we hear back a new reason why my withdrawal was canceled and this time it was even more laughable than the first. Apparently I had figured a strategic betting pattern on 2 slot machines and had figured out when they would hit... LMAO. Let's attack the first part of this problematic answer. Which is how can one figure out the pattern on a RANDOM NUMBER GENERATED MACHINE!!  Which was created solely to make that very thing impossible. Answer you can't.  vegasrush says that 7 months prior to this withdrawal I played $100 free chip with those games and I figured the betting pattern when I did that LOL. I point out to them how asinine of a reason that is basically being blown off by every support person or banking person I talked to at Vegas Rush being told the system can't be reversed and that I got my deposit back.  I reminded them I never asked for a refund because I wasn't done disputing the fact. And despite getting the refund I was still expecting my $700 withdrawal and that would be writing their license Regulators if I was not taken seriously as a depositing patron of the past 2 YEARS

    OCTOBER 27TH 2020

          I have now gathered every piece of information regarding my withdrawal dispute. Plus every support chat that I screenshotted, every response. Since all othis is required by The license regulators to show you have tried to handle this in every way possible on your own before asking them to step in. I have also been contacting vegasrush almost daily at this point for the last month trying to get an answer and reminding them that I'm not going away. They continue to ignore my complaint or issue and seem unscaved at the fact they have completely screwed over someone who deposits there regularly. Over the next month I wait patiently for their license Regulators to respond. as most the country is dealing with covid has slowed things down.  I simply explained my situation to the license regulators as well as reciting the predatory terms and conditions laid out by Vegas Rush Casino as well as pointing out in the terms and conditions even if I was strategically betting which isn't possible no where does it say strategically betting is not allowed on slot machines it only references roulette. oddly enough once they found out I had contacted LCB under license Regulators they said they would be reviewing my withdrwal which was once claimed to be irreversible. 

    NOVEMBER 25TH 2020

         Receive word from vegasrush that their management was going to go ahead and let me have my withdrawal after reviewing the incident and even cited because I wrote the license regulator. At this point it's been over two months of Relentless relentless non-stop emails bad reviews customer support copying pasting screenshotting. they really want you to solve this before you get them involved if you can,b but let it be said that if you can't there is help you just have to take the time to do it and to not let up this is how casinos get you. If you're playing at a casino that has a withdrawal time of 7 to 10 days the intention of this is for you to get sick of waiting cancel your withdrawal and play with your money. It was grossly obvious Vegas Rush was doing everything they could and trying to give every excuse to stop any withdrawal they can. Which I understand we're all here to make money but not unethically and at the expense of the people who are your best customers.

  • I had been apart of an RTG casino called Raging Bull for some time and would make deposits regularly mostly using bonuses to apply to my deposit. I had played with this casino for quite a while but never had any substantial luck and able to redeem from my winnings because of the wagering requirements attached to my bonus and deposits. That was fine, because I understand the wagering and requirements associated with the bonuses applied when depositing. For quite some time they had a really good deposit bonus that I couldn't pass up, 350% bonus which included 50 free spins on whichever promoting game they had available at the time, this bonus included no wagering requirements as well as no Max cash out, which made it hard to pass up. This bonus could be activated by a deposit of a minimum of $35. I would use this bonus regularly because they had no limit on the amount of times it could be claimed, and I would deposit and usually have my winnings up to about $400 but I couldn't manage to stop spinning and would eventually playback all my winnings, which would leave me to trying again and again. So I played about $1,200 worth on initiating separate deposits claiming the same bonus as allowed but never had any luck. Usually after every deposit the casino will allow you to claim a no deposit bonus which can be an amount of money as a bonus or a specified amount of free spins on a particular game which then is included with wagering requirements usually at 60 times your winnings of the bonus. I used a bonus for a no deposit and I received 50 free spins on they slot game secret symbol, then I was able to finally able to play past any wagering requirements applied for the bonus and wanted to redeem my winnings, they winning for a no deposit bonus were minimum and a maximum of $100, so I elected to go ahead and redeem the $100.

    In order for me to request a redemption I had to submit my verification documents as required by any casino which was fine, I had done this on separate occasions with alternative casinos and was successful on redeeming my winnings. So I sent in my information and verification forms as required and 2 weeks later I still received no info back on my verification forms being accepted. So I emailed their support center. 2 days later they informed me that they were taking longer than usual to verify documents because of the overwhelming amount they had to do, and that it would take a little longer for me to have my information updated as to whether it's accepted or rejected. So another week and a half goes by and I still have not had received info from customer support pertaining to my documents and verification so I emailed them Again. Now four days later I received an email back saying practically the same thing again, they stated they would "review and process my documents and update me soon as possible it was just taking a little longer than usual."

    Some two weeks later I had overlooked my emails thinking maybe I just missed something from them about my verification forms and I noticed I still have not received nothing so I reached back out again. the next day I received an email saying that they had received my documents and were reviewing them and they would let me know via email if I needed to submit anything else further.

    As days went by and weeks still with no further communication received from customer support and I inevitably had forgotten, and it wasn't until FOUR MONTH LATER, I finally received an email at my verification documents submitted had been accepted and my account was now verified,  and that was it in the email, nothing further. Keep in mind that I had also submitted a request for redemption at this same time that my documents were sent in. So I logged back into my account and I checked the status of my redemption request, only to show nothing more than that it had been rejected without any stating why in my "notes" area.

    I sent an email to customer support requesting some information as to why my redemption had been rejected, chatting online with the live agent they were unable to provide me any information as far as to why.

    Furthermore I never received any customer support reply back as to the rejected redemption, needless to say after all of this money and time wasted with the Raging Bull casino I completely wrote them off of my playlist and will never attempt to have any business done with them again. BY FAR WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH ANY ONLINE CASINO WAS WITH RAGING BULL!!

  • My worst experience isnt as bad as some of these stories above, but what started out as a bad experience that was quickly fixed turned out to have lasting effects . 

    I was playing Great Blue at Videoslots and I was starting to win a lot of money, for me anyways. After hitting the bonus and having 15 spins or so at I think it was a 10x multiplier on a $2.50 bet. Over 1000$ then 2, then $3000 and counting, this was awesome. The free spins ended and I kept playing but realized my balance was depleting fast. Much faster than spinning the max bet at $2.50 would for sure. I want playing long before I exited the game to check my balance and it was all gone. 

    I went to live chat immediately and after the initial questions they started asking me some vague questions about my method of withdrawals. I knew something was up,  you can always tell when they wont share info with you but need you to stay on live chat. Nope, I'm checking this on my own, live chat isnt keeping me busy like this. I went to my withdrawl history and discovered that while I was playing still, three withdrawals were made via ecopayz. I used ecopayz once years before and never again so this was strange. I immediately went to my ecopayz account hoping to find my money.  Nope, zero balance, no money, and their live support started asking me the same vague questions. I told them exactly what was up, and if they can see an account under my name that wasn't under my account number , that they need to freeze it right now before this ass gets away with my money.

    Turns out my account was not only hacked , but this hacker was able to change the ecopayz info on my casino account, somehow get it verified and successfully made 3 withdrawals into that account of over 3000$ . 

    What pissed me off the most was how was this account verified so quickly, videoslots has to manually verify from my understanding.  

    Well, maybe 4 or 5 days goes by and everything was fixed, the money was back in my account, in which I quickly cashed out every penny. But Ecopayz, nor Videoslots would tell me anything about what happened or how and by who, nothing. 

    Ever since that happened I've been having issues all over, my bank account was hacked but was quickly locked down by the system and nothing was taken. I just learned someone has been using several of my Casino Rewards accounts and have even successfully changed the email address and phone numbers on them. 

    I still play at Videoslots very frequently,  and haven't had a problem since, other than someone guessing the wrong password 3 times , forcing me to hit up live chat to unlock it before I could play. That lasted months but they never got back into my account. 

    I had to change emails and erase accounts at Casino Rewards along with other measures which I wont name here . Same with my bank, emails, passwords, security questions,all changed on a regular basis now. 

    It's all become very annoying and frustrating because nobody will let me know how I could stop or catch the  asshole. Who does a person turn to when faced with this problem?  But hey, at least I got my money in the beginning lol The rest I'll just take in strides and deal with what I can, and not worry about the things I cant .

    To be honest, I did not have many bad or unpleasant experiences in 2020 with casinos, mainly because with LCB's guidance I have managed to stay clear from the bad bunch of rogue and blacklisted casinos. However, I would like to give an example of some of the everyday small problems that can become really frustrating if the customer support is bad. The following happened at Partypoker Casino / Partycasino:

    I took part in a daily promo with the chance to win no deposit free spins. And I did win, 3 freespins no deposit for a game called Dazzling Sun. I was not expecting much as the spin bet was only 5 cents. But on my last spin I hit a decent win of 2,50 euros haha. However, the winnings did not come up in my balance. I tried logging out and clearing cache and loading the game again but nothing still. Then I contacted customer support with a detailed message with screenshots, and waited.

    48 hours later customer support responded and despite my detailed message about the problem, their response was a mere question "What spins are you talking about?" Aaarghh, so frustrating, especially since the amount in question is so small. Again, I explained the problem with screenshots and waited... Then 24 hours later they respond that they have in fact located the jammed spins and asked for me to try to load the game again... Which I obviously had done ten times already. So, another message to them explaining everything in detail... And waiting... And their last message 48 hours later takes the cake. "I am sorry but you have contacted Partycasino support, and the problem seems to be at Partypoker Casino which is our sister site, so you should write them instead" :-D When I had written all my previous correspondence with them through the Partypoker Casino email and they had replied from there too. So at this stage I just gave up and let it be. Not worth it for 2,50 eur bonus money! So frustrating!!!

    Obviously this was a minor problem, but about the worst that I encountered last year. Thanks again for a great contest! Good luck everyone! :-)

    Place - One of the scumbag Genysis casinos(Treasure mile, Lucky Creek, Grand Eagle, ect ect)

    I had recieved my LCB cash back for treasure mile but my last transaction was a bonus. They already applied the cash back to my account but I told them I wanted it reversed cause I needed a deposit it between bonuses to be compliant. The support girl said this was a "cash back" promo and didnt count as a bonus. So I played my "non-bonus" cash back and of course I won over 700 USD.   

    A few days later im speaking to the supervisor and he informs me that I committed bonus abuse and the withdrawal will be cancelled. I showed him the conversation where I was told this wasnt bonus abuse and he simply said "well they were wrong to say that".

    Learn about the Valid proofs that will tbe considered seriously if we report these "incident" at first to the Casino for reimbursement or later to The Gambling Commission.

     If we don't get our money back at least these casinos will reconsider such practices with future gamblers.
