CLOSED: Exclusive LCB Contest: IKIBU Casino €5/€10 Chips Every Week

I left an offline message on their live chat portal there but so far I haven't heard anything back yet, I've played there a fair amount and every time I've had an issue and found help with ikibus support staff, they have always resolved my issue without any kind of fuss  lol They're some of the easiest support agents out there In my opinion.

Is this weeks riddle/brain teaser one of those things that doesn't really have an answer, is there maybe a part of the question missing? 

Haven't heard anything back yet? It's been quite awhile now, have the Ikibus captured him and are possibly holding him in a hut, poking and prodding him, Torturing him until he talks ? Maybe the ikkis have stolen our Fortunes of Asgard bonus chips and hes in the fight of his life to get them back for us?. Because I still cant play my chip, I cant get ahold of ikibu casinos support staff, the live chat seems to have gone on an extended holiday with no replacements in sight. 3 of us want to have fun with our rightfully earned bonus prizes before they expire lol

No, we still didn't get a reply from the Casino Rep, but since it's weekend and most of the Casino Reps are not working, let's wait until Monday. I'm sure IKIBU Casino Rep will fix all those issues.

As irritating as it is, I decided the same, wait for Monday morning, Ikibus never failed to make things right in the last almost year I've been there, I deposit there a fair bit and support has never even once failed to make me happy. So I'm annoyed by our situation but I know in the end I wont be lol

As Sydney said, during weekends I'm off and this one in particular I was away from home with no computer so couldn't know what was going on actually. 

I have forfeited the chip on Fortunes of Asgard and give you both a new one in "Blaze of Ra", I hope this one works and you can continue enjoying the Journey. 

I've also contacted support asking why we had an error on the game and they are working on it. Since both of you are Canadian it may have been a GEO issue but we are still investigating.

Thank u sydney & king ikki! Maybe the problem is due to the ikkis being sick...they got me sick too. Currently in bed with respiratory infection. Bleh. But technology is great n I saw a doctor on my phone. Maybe I should send him to cure the poor lil ikkis too. Lol. Oh well, I can play my chip while stick in this bed. #SilverLinings.

Actually , a friendly warning to a few of you , double check your answers, to the clever one, dont think about this one for very long, you'll clever yourself right into next weeks contest with no free chip this week. 1.- This is the last time I would accept more than two repeated answers in this kind of game ("Name Game and Provider") while there's still any game yet to be found. I will write it in the rules of the contest for next time so everyone is aware.

2.- As @WaroftheGods reminded, unfortunately @SaskiaGrigoleit you had to write both the game and the provider, so there won't be a chip for you this week.

That game temple of tut is not in my ikibu casino, not the web app or the browser

I am having the same exact issue as WaroftheGods. The temple of tut game has mysteriously cloaked itself and is probably running around our accounts while invisibly rearranging our journey destinations. Grrrrr

I tried to keep exactly this from happening with my reminder that netents restricted in Canada post, is this seriously going to happen again. I don't expect you to be here waiting on our every message, but how about a customer support agent from the casino for the weekends. If you mention anything about lcb or a bonus chip from anywhere but then directly, they avoid the issue like it's the plague. You're a support agent, deal with the problem like a professional I'd say. Another option, had put the prizes to the winners when you come back from days off or your weekend, not right before you leave, so that any issues with the winners prizes dont even get looked at for a couple days, you would already be working and at most we would wait, what, maybe 12 hours, I'll take the 12 hour wait over the 60 plus any given day . One more thing before I end my rant, you mentioned up there after revealing the game that you switch them up so it pushes us to have to try new games, I love the idea , and your idea is excellent, but the execution of your plan, sorry to be blunt, it sucks  Think about this, try new games, here , take a 10$ chip, with a wagering requirement of 1500$ and go play that one and only game. Dont touch any other game in the whole casino, just play that one there. I hope you're catching my point here, aside from the fact that all wagering requirements suck, although I'm grateful for the chance at a free chip every week, at to get one most of the time, to wager a 10$ chip through1500$ for the opportunity to cash out a max amount of 100$ seems a little over the top to me, especially when all around us, casinos are dropping wagering requirements completely from their entire casino. Be careful Ikibu casino, if you're not paying attention to your competitors, you'll find yourself looking around, wondering where everyone is and where you went wrong, by then obviously, itll be too late. End rant. 

Now, after all that, I would like to Express my gratitude and appreciation, for Ikibu casino for holding these contests week after week, the no deposit bonus chips you give out for prizes, and to LCB just for being an awesome website to have plenty of contests that for the most part, always run pretty flawlessly, thank you for that and more.

I'd like to reply to all your suggestions but first things first:

- I credit all of you who had a problem with Temple of Tut with another chip on Lucha Maniacs.

I'm terribly sorry you couldn't play the game during the weekend but I want to say that I chose Temple of Tut because it was a Microgaming game, which is one of the providers that is available in all regions.

Secondly, I try to always giveaway the prizes on Friday because I think that it's right the best time, with the whole weekend ahead. If you (I mean all of you) think it's better to do the contest on Mondays, or any other day of the week, I'm sure we'll reach an agreement between all of us.

Regarding the problems with the support agents, I'll talk to them about it, and I'll always have an extra chip ready for them to credit it into your accounts once you tell them you come from LCB.

Thirdly, I understand that our WR are not the lowest in the industry. Threfore, I'm happy to decrease them, starting as of now with the Lucha Maniacs chip. I think it an act of good faith for all your loyalty in the past weeks.

About the option of playing other games apart from the one in which the chip is credited, that's something beyond my control. I've been asking for it to my product and development team, but it's a feature hard to get and it won't be available in the closest future, but I promise we are working on it.

Finally, thank you for all the feedback @WaroftheGods. It's always nice to see that people like our casino but also suggest good ideas to keep up with the current market and improve everyday. I am happy to continue offering contests and I'm always glad that the people like them and carry on playing.
