Maybe thats the mistake!? In their rules it says you need to email to "FREESPINS@PURPLE-LOUNGE.COM" , not "BONUSREQUEST@..." as luckynn says!!? I emailed to both adresses and got an answer 30 minutes afterwards from freespins@... telling me I was awarded the freespins.

Got same email as u shawnoshag, this is after sending (freespins@) email to them. The (BONUS@) email han no reply.

Funny thing is I had same problem somewhere else.
