I'm a new player at Shazaam and I'm having trouble with payout from this bonus.  My casino bonus balance was over $1,300 when it dropped to $50. So I requested guidance from chat support for documents submission but I was shocked when they told me my documents will be checked after I make a $50 deposit and wager once in order to meet the Casino's minimum withdrawable amount of $100. I have screnshots and more information, if preferred, to share directly.

The deposit needed to reach the minimum withdrawal amount is $50 because the minimum withdrawal amount for this brand is $100. 

Support told me that I needed to deposit and then wager my deposit in order to cash out. Is there a maximum I can withdrawal with my clean deposit on top of of the $50 bonus funds?

The maximum winnings from the exclusive bonus are $50. However, since the minimum cashout for this brand is $100, you would need to deposit an additional $50 on top of the maximum winnings from the exclusive bonus to make a withdrawal.
