    You should have asked for a refund on your initial deposit. In another thread you stated that  "they asked me for a stupid amount of verification".  I remember only having to submit 2 forms of ID which I didnt consider a stupid amount at the time. Im sure if you inform them that all the utility bills are still in your parents name they can suggest an alternative. Maybe they can accept the bank statement that is linked with the credit card you used for this initial deposit. As for the ID, they may be unaware that we issue ID cards for people that have not taken their driving test yet. Let them know that this type of ID is just as good as a drivers license.

    Yes I used the link. However, when I signed up I used a different email address than my account here on lcb. That might be why it didn't work.

    RE: $68 NO DEPOSIT BONUS

    I clicked on the redeemed button when it popped up but I DID NOT redeem this bonus. I tried and it said that I did not meet the requirements. I'm unsure what requirement I did not meet. I am not a new player as I had this account before even being a member at LCB (I think anyway). I tried to find a way to unclick or just leave my comment about not claiming or couldn't claim but I don't see how I can within this system. That's all, no follow up needed, just saying, I couldn't claim it.
