Birthday chip

I've been a member on this website 4 years now. I've had my birthday on my profile since I find out I'm just wondering if anyone knows how to get an a birthday trip up to a multiple post on forms and reply to a different comments but I still haven't got it

Regarding your inquiry about the "birthday trip" I'll assume this was a typo and you are referring to "birthday chip". Are you implying that you haven't received your $3 LCB Chip for your Birthday?

*Member Birthdays = $3
Once a year you are gifted with a $3 LCB birthday chip.

Correct I have never received the birthday chip actually in all 4 years but no I still haven't received it today

Thanks for clarifying. Please be advised that the Birthday Chip was introduced sometime last year in Spring so this is the reason you didn't receive in the past. But now, you should have received your birthday chips according to the birth date input in your profile HERE. Can you confirm that your birth date on profile is registered? If it wasn't registered this may be the reason you weren't issued your $3 LCB Chip as our system couldn't recognize your B-day. So please do confirm with us this part..

Yes I' just made sure but I registered and filled out my info it's been on there

Unfortunately, you did not meet the requirements. Yes, you've been our member since October 2016, but you've made only 8 posts before March 28, hence you can't qualify for the $3 Birthday chip. 

From our Shop T&C:

*Member Birthdays = $3
Once a year you are gifted with a $3 LCB birthday chip.

You will earn shop chips on your birthday. To qualify for birthday chips, you must have at least 10 forum posts and your date of birth must be visible in your user profile. 

If you meet the above conditions you will receive an email with the verification link for the birthday chip, on the day of your birthday. Please check the spam / junk folder too.

So can the ten posts be made on the birthday or do they have to be done before that date?

Do we have to contact LCB on pm to get our birthday chip on our bday?
