    I absolutely love to play spades and when we have family gatherings it's a bunch of loud talking bullcrap and showing off!! I think I'm gonna plan a card party like old times. Family fun and friends are not the same in this day and time. Life is short so why not create memories having fun?

    I am very excited, new year's will be the day! I can't wait to talk smack and joke with my family and friends. Family seems to be distant now since the grandparents that died off in the 90s no effort to have family gatherings resumed and Covid really missed up people with distancing

    Yes i agree with everything you said. I am a spades lover and as a family we love to play. It hurt me when my daughter cut a club ....then next 2 rounds played a club. I hated to take books from her (not really tongue) when i caught the mistake . Family time is golden and things you can not ver get back.

    That's right, a lot of people don't get off their phones even at family events. The same spades or any other card game will bring variety to the gatherings
