Please explain the LCB shop casino purchases.

    I have been attempting, poorly at best, to redeem the LCB dollars that I have accumulated. When I review the guidelines of my purchase it seems that I have to also eorher purchase a package from the casino or have already done so in the past. But isn't that what this is for is to purchase packages from the casino at a lower rate for the LCB community? And if I haven't played at the casino before how can I have an account number or a username to add to the purchase? Im really confused by the process and what the bonus for the community is supposed to be if we still have to purchase a package through the casono.itself.

    but how do you expect to claim any of the Shop bonuses if you do not have an account?  There are offers for New Players , for Existing players, but you need an account. Even if you've never played there before, you still need an account to receive a bonus. 

    These bonuses are specifically created for the Shop and are not part of casinos' standard promotional offers. 

    I send requests to casino managers. Then they need to review your order. If you are eligible they will credit your account with a requested bonus. If you are not eligible, you are refunded. 

    Some casinos have specific requirements. For example, Miami Club or Red Stag casino - members need to provide their account numbers. Some require a username, or specifically an email. Everything is stated in the items' terms when you click on a bonus you want in the Shop. 

    I don't know, it seems that you are making this whole process way more complicated than it actually is. :)
