A Woman Enters A Man's Hotel Room...

...whom he does not know, starts shouting loudly and hits him with his fists.  The neighboring guests call the police and have him removed while the woman is allowed to stay in the room free as a courtesy.  The man asks you to believe him that he doesn't know her and wants her removed from her room.  She says there was a fight.  

Could anyone help have helped him in this situation? (True story by the way)

Sure. 

He could have spent a fortune on an attorney to prove they didn't know each other.

Turns out he was registered to the room and she was not.  However, because no one saw who hit whom, the cops decided he started the fight (being the man) and due to hotel policy fighting would mean removal from the room without refund.  Management decided giving her the room would give her a chance to settle down (and recover just in case she were injured--better than getting sued being on the property.)

That's why it is always a good idea to not only lock the room upon entrance, but throw the deadbolt. Cops can be very incorrect at times, in this case, management was nuts (As it sounds like the female was too!)

Right....its like the old trick of a con-woman who gets on elevators alone with a man who is by himself.  (Thus only the two of them in the elevator.)  The woman rips her dress and says "Give me your wallet or I'll scream rape."

Most men will turn over the wallet. 

From what I could remember Lips it was 3am and the man in question came in as if he hadn't unpacked yet.  No one else was with him.

As for the woman's motives I still don't know.

It depends on how much money I have in my wallet at that moment.  , if it is $20 or less, I'll say "here, go ahead and take it", if it is $1000 or more, I'll try to stay calm, won't say a word to that woman, have my hands in my pockets or no parts of my body will touch that woman (testing will prove I'm innocent if it is neccessary bc none of my DNA present on that woman), stay there till the cops arrive.
