Another tragic plane crash

An Airbus A320, owned by Germanwings, which is an affiliate of Lufthansa, crashed this morning in the southern French Alps with 148 passengers on board.The plane was travelling from Barcelona to Duesseldorf. French President Francois Hollande said it was unlikely that there were any survivors, and a significant number of the victims were likely to be German.

Oh my .. that is disheartening to see all of these planes crashing.  This seems a bit out of the norm and makes me wonder if there is something sinister going on.  It seems like the world is on some kind of downward spiral. 

Horrible news, many school children on board too.

Let me do an update on this.Actually there was 150 people on board of that plane.Some of those people were known.Maria Radner for example,she was an opera singer.Another german opera singer was Oleg Bryjack 54 years old,but the big problem is those 16 students from Joseph-Koenig school who were returning from an exchange of experience from Spain.I am so sorry for them,rest in peace.

Another very sad tragedy with no explanation (as yet).  I hope they find out what caused it and can prevent it from happening again in the future.  Apparently an eye witness (who could only hear what was happening) said the engines were struggling.

Another terrible tragedy, very sad news. I'm very curios what was the problem and hopefully it won't happen again.

Just so very sad  :'(. Anytime i hear about something so tragic i can not help but cry. Prayers are lifted up.

As if the plane crash wasn't tragic enough on its own, it now appears to be a deliberate act by the co-pilot after locking the captain out of the cockpit :'(

I heard this in the news today too. I was shocked really. I didn't think that things like that really happen, I thought it happens only in the movies. It is very sad.

I heard the news too, and I keep imagining the situation; it's horrifying what happened.

I heard the news today about what happend there.The pilot was mentally ill,he intentionally crashed the plane.He locked himself in the cabin and the copilot was unable to enter and stop him from doing this.My god,what a nightmare!

Here is another one,the copilot wanted to do something unique,he thought that in this way everybody will remember his name.What a psychopath!
