I dont know if im addicted i really like to play.
Does anybody know how to deal with an gambling addiction then.
Like dont overspending your budget .
Maybe dont chasing your lossses.
Any advice?
In my opinion there are many ways to stop/reduce your addiction, the most effective is to seek help/rehab. My way to reduce my addiction is to play a game with the lowest stake possible and play it for hours till you get bored or tired. The last one helps every time, I quit playing for a couple of days. Going out to clear your head, seek some distraction is another way to reduce your addiction, go visit your friends and family and stay sober.

In general if you are spending more money than you can afford, then u are definitely in trouble.
As you said it yourself, always stick to your budget, and never chase losses. Another sign of trouble can be if you keep reversing your withdrawals and giving it all back to casino(s).
these are all warning signs, but we are all different, react differently and are affected in different ways. My advice would be to chill-out for a while and try to answer those questions for yourself. And yes definitely you should check some of those gamblers anonymous sites and seek advice there.

I like to play, the whole life is a game.) I do not think that this hobby disturbs me and I can't call myself addicted. It seems to me that the life is becoming more interesting and exciting with casino .Usually, I allocate a certain amount to the game and if I play it the game stops. When you feel that can't stop the game , it's becoming a problem.

I also play lowest bets. I think the game is just entertainment and I'm not trying to get rich at the expense of the game. And really the complety diveing in any game is unnecessary . When you play for an hour or two on small bets it can will get boring!))))) This is a very good instruction for the player)) Mojo!
