it says now pending, but i see that i now have to fill a document and fax or email it. My problem now is I don't own a printer or scanner....What To Do...

Take a picture of your documents. I'm hoping you have a cell phone with a camera on it...if so snap a picture that way and send it to your email and from there download pic on your puter. If not....a digital camera will also work.

As for the fax back forms and no printer... you are on the right track with Staples etal. easiest way to do the forms is as Lips suggested, Snapshots of your ID, utility bill and if you used it (or plan to use it) a credit card. If you will be using Ewallet express ( read up on it here, as it is targeted to the USA market and helps expedite deposits and withdrawals) you do not need to supply them with credit card info.

For the actual signing of the card you have two options, one is to download the form (it is a PDF in most casinos and save it to a flash drive or save and send it to your own email. When you get to Staples give them the flash drive, print the form and sign it, or log into your email and print the attachment. My suggestion is that once you do all of the above once, you save the whole she-bang as a Word document, back to the flash drive for future use. Most RTG casinos use the exact same form with their own Casino logo on the top. From there it is childs play to cut and paste the body of your signed copy into the new one with the new casino logo.

I tried using them first. Imagine some jerk clerk refusing to copy MY own info..I demanded the manager and they refused to get him.

I later called (I got their names) and just let him know that I'd take my printing elsewhere.

Funny thing about it, was the company I worked for, I knew the head of HR and Security and suggested they try OfficeMax for their printing stuff.

They did, got a fairly good contract with them and I later learned that the company had been with...Kinkos!!

Now that's good old PAYBACK!
