Back on the Job....

Hi Gang:
    I am back from my trip up North to Traverse City. My Aunt is doing well at 94, and now has a new set of caregivers in place to take over . I washed walls, scrubbed rugs, watered plants, mowed the yard, and cook meals. I got to hear stories about family from many many years ago.  I am kinda tired, but it is a good tired.
      While I was there I did manage to get in a few hours at a casino called Turtle Creek. It is an Indian Casino on M-72 in Traverse City.  My family offered me a break and a car so I took it, and headed off.  This casino is not on a huge scale but very nice indeed.  I had a hard time finding a vanilla latte so I moved on and  I searched out my favorite game "Dean Martins Wild Party."  I played max and was hoping to have to call an attendant to pay me.    I had many bonuses, and twice I even picked the Dean Martin Symbol (the best one to get) and TWICE I got a pooper bonus. I mean a big fat goose-egg for the bonus.  I was less than happy.  I did however get many good spins when not in bonus mode.  I creeped my bankroll up and up until I reached about three hundred. Here came another bonus... I picked the roulette wheel symbol,. and it gave me over two hundred bucks in that bonus round.  Dean symbol didn't pay but the roulette wheel did.    I played on, and began to go down. I cashed out of that game at $400, and felt pretty awesome. (I only put in $40)
I couldn't stay any longer so I cashed out and headed back to my Aunts house. They all asked me where I went on my time off, I proudly said..."THE CASINO."  They were happy for me and my win.

          I want to thank LIps and Boo for covering me in chat while I was away for the last two days. They both took extra time away from their busy day to help cover chat in my absence, and I am so thankful for their understanding and  them giving of their time.  Thank you to Zuga as well for his understanding about family, and it's importance when one is called to help. 

          I am thrilled to be back at my post and back on the job.

Nice win too.  I guess the break did you more good than the actual winning as I know how hard it is looking after somebody who is so poorly.
