  • Okay here goes.. I've played at bitstarz since they first started. The software was betsoft and free spins they gave you  .02 per spin unlike most others at .01.. Lots changed since then you get free spins at .001 or .0005 even sometimes while playing mbtc..  Anyhow, been there a long time.  Well on Fridays if you're a depositing player who frequents the casino, you see a "loyalty" bonus in your account on Friday.  Now the bonus amount reflects entirely on the amount you deposit for the week. Ie making a few small deposits you may see .0003mbtc bonus in your account. However if you deposit quite a bit you could see a .017 mbtc bonus on Friday.  So, tell me how that being said, the max cash out from said bonus is .005mbtc because they classify it as a "no deposit" bonus?‍♂️‍♂️  Seems to me the bonus is directly related to ones deposits, seeing as if you don't make any deposits you get no bonus. The amount is directly related to your deposits for the week so how is it a no deposit bonus? Well as you can guess I play and deposit there a lot, well I used to. I won from a loyalty bonus of .017 had a .6 playthru requirement and even deposited money after meeting the playthru and kept playing. Deciding to cash out around .13 or so I was ejected from game I was playing, only to log back in and find of course that they took all the money I'd won and lowered me to .005 plus the 2 deposits I had made after the playthru?  Now I understand if people aren't depositing or are abusing the actual No Deposit bonuses, but to a player depositing a whole lot on a regular basis, this just seems outright blasphemous robbery!  Now I have decided to no longer play there if they couldn't allow me to keep my winnings because like I said, I deposit there, a lot! On a regular basis. Check my deposit address on the blockchain and I've deposit over a Bitcoin in past few months..  Sad thing is, I love bitstarz, always been my favorite and always thought them to be the most fair in these type situations.  Am I wrong in thinking they did me wrong and using fine print to confiscate my winnings. It actually says in the terms about the Friday loyalty bonus that unless it's a certain Vip something or other.? So not everybody has the max cash out of .005?  Because my bonus itself due to large amount of deposits that week, was .017. Couldn't I be considered vip whatever in that instance? How is my bonus going to be .017 and my max cash out .005??  How about 10x the bonus amount or something to that nature.. IDK, my account has been closed and I would love to play there again so just wish something could be worked out and at the least hopefully they'll take a second look at this bonus and the terms and change it for the future!   I just want fairness, don't allow me to deposit money for years and years then when I win off a loyalty bonus that stems from all my deposits, tell me it's a "No deposit bonus" and confiscate my winnings.. Right? What do you all think?

  • Hi

I am a regular player at Bitstarz in Crypto and just went through their terms as I used to get the Wednesday Free Spins and Sometimes the Friday Loyalty Bonus which is around 10% of the amount deposited during that week. So as per terms, the maximum cashout from any free bonus, free spins, wednesday free spins drop and Friday Loyalty Bonus according to their terms is 5mBTC

The maximum winnings that will be paid out resulting from a bonus or free spins that you've gotten from us for free, without any deposit being required (eg. the 20 free spins upon registration, Weekly Free Spins Drops, Second Chance Spins, Friday Loyalty Bonus (exception VIP players who have specifically been set on a VIP Cashback Deal as part of their Friday Loyalty Bonus)) will be 100 EUR/USD/CAD/NZD/USDT, 1,000 NOK, 0.3 BCH, 1 LTC, 0.2 ETH, 28,000 DOGE, 10,000 JPY, 400 PLN, or 6,000 RUB. In regards to BTC players, the maximum winnings that will be paid out resulting from a free bonus or free spins without deposit will be 5 mBTC. Any winnings exceeding this amount will be forfeited.

Now with that said, The maximum cashout used to be 15mBTC, but due to the BTC that went sky high in the last few months, they lowered it to 5mBTC. As 5mBTC has the same value as what 15mBTC had a few months ago. If you play in Crypto you still get around $180 max cashout as that is what 5mBTC is worth today, if you were playing in Fiat Currency then your max winnings is 100 euros.

If you won from a No Deposit bonus, the winnings are capped - If you deposit while having the funds of the "No Deposit" winnings in your account and win 100mBTC, the max capped will still apply and they within their right to do that.

What you should have done was to cashout your max winnings, then deposit and play further without any restrictions or max cashout limits. Any Casino works like this to be honest and will apply the same as to what Bitstarz did.

I think Bitstarz acted fair, as even though you deposited after you completed wagering of the Friday loyalty bonus, the max cashout still applied no matter what you win. So you should have withdrawed your winnings and then make a deposit with the winnings and the money you used to deposit.

    Hi there,

First of all, sorry about the slow reply here.

Now, when it comes to the Friday Loyaly Bonus, as you pointed out, VIP players are treated differently than regular players in this regard. VIPs have a Friday Loyalty based on losses, and regular players do not.

I understand that someone would like to have no limit to their cashout (I mean, who wouldn't want to keep as much money as possible?), but with that said, it's clearly stated, by name, in the terms, that the Friday Loyalty bonus has a max cashout unless you're a VIP. Hence, I don't know how we can clarify that further.

I respect your opinion in the sense that you're entitled to it, but you have to bear in mind that for regular players, this bonus is not advertised and cannot be counted on. If you didn't get it, you would thus not know it existed in the first place. So in that case, perhaps look at it from the perspective that you got free money from us, and even though you didn't get to cash out as much as you wanted, you got something for free, without any strings attached, without asking.

I was expecting you (Olle) to jump in here.

As I know you are specializing in the VIP section at Bitstarz... Soon you will be Head of VIP? :-)

  •

You know me, Jack of all Trades (total pun intended) ;)

Well, I prefer having my finger in many pots. Wherever I'm needed I tend to jump in :)

  • Last week, the same thing happened to me because I won too much. I was under the impression that after the 1000's of dollars that I spend in a week, the casino wouldn't do what they did to me. I had won 1500$ with the Friday bonus however I had deposited right before I received it but it didn't hit my account on Bitstarz until I was in the bonus. At that point, I was playing with my deposit and bonus so there should have been no issue to begin with. Long story short, they kept all 300$ of my next withdraw that night. It was so incredibly shitty of them.

I mean, they see how much I deposit and that more than likely I would play 1/2 or more of my winnings back. This left me with a horrible taste in my mouth when it comes to Bitstarz and I am not playing there anymore.

when I questioned them.. they made me feel like I was so wrong to think that I deserved the rest of my winnings.

me so Bitstarz do me a favor... tell nick, he's a dick.

    Hi there,

Thank you for your input here.

Hey, I get it, I can totally understand why you would want to keep the full amount, but that bonus is bound by the max cashout rules which the other players have pointed out here.

With that said of course, there are plenty of other bonuses during the week where you get to keep all winnings. Only the free ones are bound by the max cashout rules.

If you spend thousands of dollars in a week however, you sound like potential VIP Material (VIP don't have this rule), so maybe you can give me your username and I can have a look?

    Olle
